I noticed that if you get into some but not all into the white zone in the meter bar deternmines the success

Have you seen the other methods of reading? One square with slow moving line is one tap of stick in that direction. Faster is 2 and so on. Been working for me.

So far, I've won about 8 tournaments and have only played it for a few weeks... love this games' geometry!
Using the aerial bird's eye perspective compass guides before teeing off is a real timesaver. It's gauging the best placement of it in proximity to the pin and in relation to the elevations and the speed of the up/downstrean of wind.
Today i actually came up with a formula and ended up winning a 2 round tournament -22 under par against the game campaign. 1st place

Another tip....just to add to good stuff already covered.... you can power the ball on short putts through the break. You can get caught in the trap of just hitting the accuracy point and make those putts harder than they need to be. Alot of stuff inside 8 foot or so I power through some of the break that's there.
Absolutely, all about matching pace with the slope! Putting is no exact science. Glad you found a method that suits you!

You don't need a downswing on putting...if you pull it all the way down on the backswing it will automatically hit the ball in a perfect line.

Putting is the hardest part of this game. I have spent many hours just trying to figure it out. My putting ability will decide if I shoot -10 or +3

Go to aim marker in the settings and turn it on.

when i pull back slowly and push forward the distance meter jolts forward, hard to explain but the distance is more inconsistent , help?
Possibly you are more of a consistent temp player. Trying pulling it back faster to transfer the energy equally. Also, possibly test out using the other joystick. I'm right handed, but use the left joystick.
Try putting without the meter .. different game
Putting meter is a complete cheat. Putting without it is outrageously impossible. I’m so upset with this game. TGC19 putting was perfect. This is a MESS.
I agree that with a big breaker putt its best to give it a lot of break when attempting to make it. But with this years version putts don’t break with same aggression.
I’m I the only who here who believes that this years version has clearly made putting easier. For that reason I can’t give this game a high grade. I’ll go 6/10 at best. It’s too easy. Sure one can play on master or legendary mode but what good does that accomplish when you can’t set up a match with that criteria and instead have to play pro, where drives and irons hardly ever miss fairway. Game has been dumbed down for masses
I got a question. Does it automatically give you the club too use. Am very new to this game but love it.
Depends on your difficulty. Majority of the time it will give you a good estimate. There are a good amount of glitches where it will give you the wrong club as a recommendation.

Now putt without that meter, the putting meter is not needed i play tgc tours on master difficulty and still achieve big scores.
Why doesn't my game show the hole elevation? Is it a setting somewhere?
Yeah it would be difficulty settings and aim marker put to on. If you are looking for the auto adjusted one then you want the pro vision elevation setting

@@Ma_Kachada the default beginner. Aim marker is on. Shows distance but not elevation
@@christophernix8003 so on beginner you most likely have the truvision elevation on. Which automatically accounts for the elevation into your distance, so it won't show. You could either turn off the provision or go to a higher difficulty like pro( just so you can see more of the advanced distances), but change the club difficulty to beginner if that is where you feel comfortable. Being on beginner will auto account those differences for you
Drive for show put for dough load of crap if you look at shots gained statistic!! It shows longer drivers lower there over all score
The game is just way to hard no golf game has ever come close to tiger woods this is the worst I've played by far
Its all about funding. This game doesn't have the funding Ea gave to tiger woods. It does what it can
Nothing comes close to those classic Tiger Woods games, I don't even like Golf, those games made me a fan of the games
