I’m the survivor of an attempted double homicide by an active shooter, living with the injuries from the attack. Fragments in my lung and one bullet lodged next to my spine…these bring much pain. I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Not always pain related. This guided meditation is helping me in ways beyond sleep. Thank you Jason. Truly. @jasonstephensonmeditation I had the most vivid dream that I’ve ever had in my 53 years after listening to this the first time. I listen to your meditations nightly, but this one was different. It literally took me two minutes to realize that I was in my bed when I awoke. It felt so real.

It doesn’t matter. Your subconscious mind will be listening to it. All these hypnosis is only for our subconscious mind. And what subconscious mind believes to be true, manifests in real life. And subconscious mind will believe something only through repetition. Ex: If you keep saying and believing that u r rich, and it finally goes and gets recorded in your SC, SC will really make you rich.. it has the power to bend whole universe to make what it believes to come true.. 😊 good luck for you.. You can read the book “power of your subconscious mind” by Joseph Murphy if you want to understand this in depth.. 😊 Good luck and may all your desires come true!..

I had the most horrific nightmares last night after falling asleep to this. 😢
Omg girl your not the only one….. this is my experience I also had a nightmare… I was being suffocated by a charging cord and headphones with the cord down my throat… I kept pulling them out and they kept appearing. I was trying to wake myself up and was stuck…. Every time I thought I woke up my whole room was rearranged and that’s when I realized I wasn’t actually up. I don’t know but I was scared to death
