Super Human..Please order free book I gave Dwayne Johnson. www.oneheartbeataway.org.
I so appreciate you putting cost effective options like Pacific, too!
Nice thank you for saying thank you and for commenting!
Great info, I wasn’t sure I was making the right decision, but I love the Kettle & Fire and I’m happy to see it’s done right, thanks for the information!
I appreciate all the info in this video. Thank you very much!
I've been wondering about this, thank you for this video! 🙏
Yes, very good video ! Happy to receive this vital information !!
It’s all that I was looking for. Thanks a lot. ✌️
I love that you gave options and details. Thanks for taking the time to do research 👍🏼👍🏼
Pacific is what I picked up at Kroger. Good stuff no salt added which I love. So I add Pink Himalayan salt. Tastes great.
Thanks for your research. Glad to see two that I drink are of the 4 you have presented
awesome!!! have you subscribed to our website at paulctijerina.com ?
Thank you so much for this video. I thought you really had to make it at home in order to get it made the right way because I didn't know if I could trust this shelf stuff, so thanks for doing the research for us. I've tried to make it myself but since I'm new to this I was even doubting if I was making it correctly, and for me it's a pain in the ass, I'd rather just buy it if I can. So thank you again, I'm going to try your top pick!!
Me too, have.any luck
This has been extremely helpful. I was wondering about Pacific because I was using that for a long time, but since it's watery I guess it's diluted and the collagen levels are not high. I make my own out of shanks of all animals and chicken is an excellent source oddly enough. Thanks for the video
Many thanks for the video. I needed this info.
Thanks! This is just what I needed to know 😉
You got right to it! Not a lot of filler. Thanks!
This is great! Thank you!
Thanks. Good info.
Needed especialy for us old guys, and gals
Thanks man that was super helpful.
I'm so happy it was!
Great presentation and info. Thanks bro
You’re welcome! Thanks for taking the time to watch & comment, are you subscribed to the channel and our site?
I bought the Pacific brand today and went straight to UA-cam and found your video. TFS
Thank you for this demonstration
Thanks, Paul! Was just looking for a good stock option now that I'm no longer near Echo & Rig!
awesome, so glad it helps!
Bonafide now available at Walmart. I upgrade mine with collagen peptides and season to taste. Helpful video. Thanks
awesome!
Great video! very informative, thank you so much.😊
welcome!
Great info. Thanks
I find Pacific to be a very poor specimen. I make my own now thank you very much for your video because I learned things I didn't know before, but the thickness quality of gelatin is the barometer I use to decide if it's collagen. I could be wrong, but it works for me. Thank you for your honesty I learned a lot
This video is super helpful, could you maybe make an updated version? I see a whole lot of new brands out there. Thanks for this video though! :)
ON IT!
Kettle & Fire would be my first pick but the price is just so steep for me. I found a six pack at Costco by Golden Ladle for about $25. The only concern I have is the 'less than 2% natural flavoring'.
I just got the kettle fire (chicken flavor) because of your video! Thank you for the information, it was super helpful!
awesome! thank you for the feedback!
I ordered the kettle fire beef, because I'm a dude and thats what dudes do, we get the beef.
Very informative! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this info.
By the way I heard you mention kabucha. I'm personally not a huge fan of it but I love kefir and ferment my own. Just wish I could find raw goat milk.
Great video!!
Thanks for the feedback! What did you like about it?
Just went to my local Ollies n purchased the Pacific brand for less than $2, glad I came across this video!!!
Coming from a vegan diet trying to rebuild my body, found this video for obvious reasons. Great content, thanks for sharing it. Good music too! Subscribed after seeing you have a lot of content I'm interested in.
how is everything going on your transition? let me know if I can help!
oh Paul I just subscribed and getting ready to cook some chicken livers and saw your site infor on them , chicken livers are great
SUPER helpful
Thanks
thank you! that's all we want for people!!!
Exactly the information I was looking for, thank you. Unfortunately, as a daily nutritional supplement, the price is quite exorbitant for what is actually an innocuous benefit.
Debbie it's super easy to make it yourself! 1 batch of bones can give you 3 or 4 batches of stock = 12 to 16 quarts!!! check out this video ua-cam.com/video/ukDaAe2ReNY/v-deo.html, also our community is amazing community.superhumantransformation.com
Excellent review! TY!
Thankk youu!
Such big words! LOL, great vid.
2:37 Difference between bone stock and bone broth?
Bone Stock: liquid without seasoning
Bone Broth: flavoring it up
Now I know why my mother made soup made of a beef bone and boiled chicken after dinner to make such a satisfying soup with veggies and orzos or noodles. Those were the olden days when my mom was a stay at home mom Italian and took all day long to prepare food no microwave no hurry just good food! I have been wanting a beef bone broth soup for a long time!
Thanks for providing a breakdown of different options. First video ive found that did that. What dosage would you recommend for someome starting out? Tried a year of vegan and after blood tests it did nothing but make my trygliceride and bloodpressure issues go thru the roof so the wife and I are now trying a completely different option with Keto and I wanted to add bone broth into the option. Probably the Pacific for availability and budget. Is this something like applecider vinegar where a shot or two of it a day is preferable? Or are we talking glasses?
I would say a cup a day is a great place to start, working your way up to as much as a half quart! no apple cider vinegar is much smaller dosages!
Good video!
Making free high quality bone broth is so easy......I get beef knuckle & leg shank bones from my local Hispanic food store for free. I also save all the joints from any other bone-in meat I consume. They all go into a pot with salt, pepper, Thyme, and a few table spoons of apple cider vinegar. Simmer on low for 2 days.....I can’t justify buying it at a very high cost, when it’s so easy and cheep to make.
Free is pretty cheap
Wow that is easy! Hold on let me run down to the "local Hispanic food store" down the street that gives away broth ingredients for free. Now I feel so stupid I used to waste all that money!!!
Thank you I have Pacific!! 🙌🏾
Great!
Thank you for the information...i prefer the 1st choice.maybe ican find it here in supermarket.in Connecticut....thank you...if not do they have online services...
Awesome video!! And I just heard that Whole Foods here in Vegas might be carrying their own homemade bone broth for about $10/quart. I will verify this asap. Thanks Paul!! You rock!!
So what's the word?
@@MZV807 Hey RiggaLou, ASAP passed a long time ago, what's the deal?
Damn he went to the store to buy stock and never came back.
How do I store this after it’s open? How many days in the fridge and best way to warm to drink?
I have ulcerative colitis will this help with my digestive system and skin ? Also this is an excellent video
What do the colors mean? I notice the second one is darker. In the plant world color relates to different phytochemicals.
What about the packet ones? Do you recommend those?
EXCELLENT video! I’m buying Bonafide from WholeFoods☺️
Thank you
grt video ty, is that like huge astrology chart on the right side wall, was wondering where you can buy that
I think I just got it on Amazon!
I love your reviews! I have been consuming Osso Good Co. bone broths (with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar) for about 3yrs…will you review?
i’ll check it out!
Great educational video on which organic bone broth to buy. As as daily regimen. How many ounces or cups a person could consume bone broth per day. Also, what about the organic powdered flavored bone broth supplement. Do you recommend this type of bone broth as an option. Or just simply stay away from it.
I don't think powdered broth is as good as bone stock! so I drink stock, and add collagen to it!
@@SuperHumanTransformation Thanks for your reply. But I also needed to know how many eight ounce cup(s) a day you recommend for optimum health benefits from stock bone broth. You also mentioned adding collagen to bone broth. What type of collagen you recommend. Hydrolyzed collagen, or the multi collagen; and how many times per day.
I'm going to Costco tomorrow!
I'll try Bonafied next time!
Thanks
WELCOME!
is liquid stock better than broth powder?
is there a bone broth powder you tested that works?
I'd say powder is moving away from the wholeness of the stock. stick with stock! and you can compliment it with COLLAGEN powder such as this amzn.to/2G8Bw2f
Nice video!! How long you can have your home made bone broth in the fridge? I like to make my own but sometimes I make to much and after a week or so I thought it out .
I get freezer quarts and freeze all except 2. every time I use a full one, I pull one out of the freezer and put it in the fridge so I always have one thawing!
SuperHuman Transformation ( SHT ) oh. Thank you 🙏. I used to leave it down!! No frozen!! Good tip .
i have a question .... since there's a high sodium in most bouillon etc is it possible to boil this down while cooking/boiling?
sodium isn't a problem when eating real food. I don't think you'd want to boil it down beyond the 24 hours in a slow cooker or 4 hours in an Instant Pot. but you CAN freeze dry!!!
😊 thank you
Heck yeah! Anything else we can help with?
Did he get his stock options on Wall Street
Lol
Starts at 4:08
What about the Walmart brand sams choice bone broth
Kirkland Organic Chicken sipping Bone Broth is what I'm talking about!
i wish i would find them in my country
Thanks God Bless
You to!
Is either the Bonafide or Kettle & Fire broths NOT taste gamey? I have tried the Pacific and a couple others but they tasted too gamey and I just couldn't tolerate them. I am a supertaster with a highly sensitive sense of smell so I can not eat any fish at all. 😯❗
Best thing I can recommend is experiment! Or make your own! I think Kettle & Fire is kinda bland so maybe you'll like it better? But best might be to make your own. Would you like some resources?
Heyyyy! I just bought the bonafide beef bone broth! It doesn’t look like gel and it’s been in the fridge for a few days! Is there more gel in the chicken or is there a specific temperature it starts the gelatinize??
I would just trust that it has the nutrients we want and need! gelatinization isn't an indicator of "good" or "bad" stock. its' really just an indication of the concentration of collagen. but there's so much more in stock than collagen.
SuperHuman Transformation ( SHT ) Thank you so so much! I was mostly concerned because I’ve been having trouble sleeping and wanted the glycine from the bone broth! Do you know if there’s still glycine without the gelatin?? 🙉
@@kaylaee there is some but you can't be sure how much. so I'd ALSO take a couple of scoops of collagen peptides before bed. I usually put 2 scoops in my evening tea.
SuperHuman Transformation ( SHT ) Thank you so so much!! 🤩🤩
I know that sodium is a problem when it comes to health, my question is. Are these high in sodium and if they are do the benefits of the bone broth counter the sodium intake if I were to do a bone broth fast for 3-5 days
so there's 2 things here. first, most of these options have a low or no sodium option. I love the Pacific brand because it's inexpensive and still good quality, and they have a no sodium bone stock. the 2nd point is, if you are consuming real food (vs processed food), sodium isn't an issue! sodium in the context of eating junk isn't helpful, but it's more the junk than the sodium. but if you're eating a real food diet, which real food is naturally very low in sodium, having sodium isn't a bad thing at all - it's very beneficial!
@@SuperHumanTransformation thank you for replying. And that makes tons of sense appreciate it 😬👍🏽
I tried the Pacific chicken bone broth, but I didn't like the taste at all. It was the first bone stock that I had ever tried. My dog didn't even like it. Do you have any recommendations for best taste while someone is getting used to eating bone stock?
Michael James Hahaha
try the other ones and let me know what you think! BTW, if you add just a little salt to it when you heat it up, maybe a little ceyanne.
😂😂🤣
Very helpful.... I can get locally made broth through my Weston Price buying club but when I run out, I get Bonafide and love it.. I also get Pacific Brand for my dogs so it's good to know its high quality... Thanks
I've got a question for you... I've heard that it's very hard to find truly free range chicken..where the chicken hasn't ever been fed any "soy"... from start to finish.. Do you know anything about this? TY..
pasture-raised organic would mean no GMO's, this is the closest we can get, unless it's specifically advertised as no soy.
Gotcha.. Thank you....
Do any of them gelatinize when stored overnightike home made does?
Bonafide
starting a 3 day bone broth fast. may do 7 days. trying to fight what may be candida or bacteria over growth.
Grim did you feel better????
would love to hear an update on this
Me too, i have good results 💖
@Matt Lovelace wow this was a long time ago lol, I've seen improvements. I should do another.
@Matt Lovelace Amma start using this line. He wrote back lol
Appreciate this information
you’re welcome!
Is bone broth liquid better for you than the protein powder?
I think so.
Live Hart I would think anything is better than protein powder lol but yes absolutely
So do you warm it up to drink it? Should it be warm? Can you just drink it straight?
yes, what I like to do is heat it up in a sauce pan with a little salt and pepper and drink it like a cup of tea! you can also use it as the base liquid for anything that requires liquid such as making rice, soups, stews, and sauces.
How much should you drink a day if your doing a bone broth fast
As much as you feel necessary! We usually do a cup in the morning and a cup in the evening, but you could have one throughout the day if needed.
very helpful....thank you.
DO NOT get any with yeast or yeast extract. The best I've found including most affordable is Trader Joes chicken and beeg broth.
What do you think of the college inn bone broth?
it's impossible to measure! except by gelatenousness! but you could have a lot of collagen, but the stock is diluted you wouldn't notice.
the benefit of bone stock is not the collagen per se, it's the totality of the bone stock!
we recommend supplementing with collagen in addition to bone stock most days.
Lol I think he meant the brand “college inn” bone broth .
Anybody know the name of the Metal intro ?
In the Shadows - Ethan Meixsell
I wish we had Kettle & fire in Sweden we have no bone broth in stores here!
You can buy online.
Go to any butcher and ask for bones and boil them in water with your liking of seasoning.
He put a link in the description and there’s a link in the video also
Do you recommended a bone broth fast?
YES! during longer fasts (48hrs or more) we recommend a cup of stock in the morning and a cup in the evening!
Had no idea an instant beef broth existed until I watched a cooking video on YT. Had to look that shit up and ended up here
What looks like a carton of milk contains salted liquid with animal flavor. Mind blowing for someone from Asia
Will these choices be good for fighting colds?
bone stock in general is extremely healthful. for natural immunity info, check out this video ua-cam.com/video/b10iHI_epJg/v-deo.html
Paul which ingredients use in it?
bones, and bones.
Is lonolife powder bone broth ok??
honestly not a fan of powdered broth in place of the real deal! I'm all for collagen supplementation, but bone stock has a totality that can't be replicated! and powder I feel intuitively that it loses something!
how would you eat bone broth...like a soup.
Pour it in a cup to
What about sams choice bone broth??
I haven't looked at it! can you share the ingredients?
How long do you boil this for
are you talking about reheating store bought? I wouldn't boil it, I would just put it in a saucepan till it gets hot enough to your liking! is that what you are asking?
Should I heat it in the microwave or drink as is ?
I would heat it in a saucepan, add a little salt and pepper, and then pour it into a mug.
College inn none broth is the only store bought broth I know of that actually gels in the fridge, and it's cheeper and better than the overpriced kettle and fire crap
Is crockpot a slowcooker?
YUP!
So you can just take store bought chicken broth and heat a cup in microwave to drink daily?
absolutely!
Is it the same as making Chicken broth with chicken legs?
are the store-bought ones you mean? I think it's always better to make your own everything because you control it and you put your TLC into it! BUT many of us don't have time! so these are great options!
