Hi sir, Is there a method to find out the output capacitance of the inverter ?. On following the similar method described in this video for finding output capacitance, we are getting different capacitance for different rise time . What could be the possible reasons ? Thanks in advance .

I don't think u can use this method to find the output capacitance, due to finite resistance at the output.

I am not sure whether it's correct, but one way is to perform a dc analysis with save dc operating point option enabled and later you can look into the result in ade .
