My HONEST Opinion - CustomReptileHabitats Enclosures 4 Years Later | Updated Review

- Опубліковано 11 лип 2024
- Good Morning, Reptilians! This week, let’s look at my Enclosure stack from Custom Reptile Habitats 2 and 4 years later. Things I’ve noticed and things that have been fantastic.
**Also, pointed out on Patreon, a downside I forgot is shipping time. If you’re needing something NOW, you’re definitely not going to like those shipping times. Since they’re made to order and people seem to REALLY love these enclosures, they do take quite a while to ship (usually several months). So order early or just keep that in mind**

Disclaimers:
Although I have a few reptiles, I am in no way a reptile expert. I just research a whole bunch and make videos. Please always do lots and lots of research (outside of these videos) before getting any pet, and please take any sick pet that you have to the vet for care. 💜

Thanks for this updated review Elle 😃 We really appreciate your support, and are sorry that we will miss you and Den at this years Build-off. Glad that you are doing well, keep up the excellent content!
Of course - my critters appreciate their enclosures haha
And we really wanted to be there, but it's just not possible at the moment. We can't wait to see all the videos that come from it though! 😍
And thank you!!!
My beardie just looked at me and requested home renovation 🙄
😂 sorry
Great videos! I have twin girls about to get their first Ball Python. I started watching videos on UA-cam and came across your channel. We have never owned a snake before, you have some of the best care videos out there. Thank you for all the work you do! I know how hard it is with kids!!!
Genuinely impressed by how well the 4 year old enclosure has held up
I’ve had one for years (stand, tank and canopy) and I absolutely love it!!
Many thanks for your order 🙂
Thank you for this week's video! I'm on a different animal-related subreddits, and tanks are the most talked about topics!
It still looks very new to be 4 years old...👏👏👏
Right!?
I have two of the 4x2x2’s, stacked, and I absolutely love them. Getting a 3rd soon.
Many thanks for your support 🙂
😎👍
Always see how those r made
All large sliding doors do that. Its not specific to their enclosures. I have several that do it. 2 bux on amazon for rubber wedges and it solves the door vibration problem
💜💜💜💜
what is the thing you placed in the middle of the sliding doors to stop the rattling?
My terrarium was custom made by a carpenter since I don't have access to manufacturers for enclosures where I'm at, and since I have it placed on a metal stand, the doors tend to rattle if someone or something brushes against it. Wanna see what I could place in there so they stop rattling.
Thank you so much for this review! While I can't get these enclosures I love to see others' setups
Great stuff if they make what you need. They don't really do custom anything anymore unfortunately. (Unless they've restarted recently, but I was told they don't plan to when I wanted one 30" deep 1.5 years ago )
Sorry that we could not help you with a custom size. We are developing more deeper sizes again soon.
@@CustomReptileHabitats Glad to hear it. I love the enclosures, just had to go elsewhere for mine.
If im leaving my house for a couple of hours is it ok to turn my bearded dragons lights off or do I need to keep them on? my only concern is a fire.
I need ur help with my creasted gecko issues
Ok so I have been a reptile owner for like three years and I just got a Leopard Gecko from this lady that was scared of it because it would bite her a bunch and it also killed its brother. It has bitten me twice and I was wondering if you could do a video to help me like take her I guess.
Which reptile is the lowest maintenance for any keeper?
Crested geckos - easy and inexpensive (even easy/inexpensive to feed)
Snakes are pretty low maintenance too, especially collubrids, you just have to make sure the tank is escape proof, then you're good to go
What I want to know about are stands, say a wATE HIGH STAND FOR ONE TANK. nO ONE TALKS ABOUT STANDS.
Thank you! I have 4 big enclosures and 2 of the Thrive hexagons sitting around with nothing in them because I can't find stands that are big enough (mostly deep enough) and sturdy enough to hold them.
