Deep Purple to Led Zepplin, to Ac/Dc to Van Halen, etc. But then it seemed like a bit of a lull for a while. Until these ladies came along. And WOW! Such an amazing band!!! First video I saw of them, and they came out on stage in the maid outfits I thought. Oh No----teeny bopper stuff. And then they started to play and I was blown away.

Update: BAND-MAID is no longer seeking revenge. They GOT their revenge! They formally announced: "As of September 25, 2024, BAND-MAID will become independent from the previous management company and will be moving forward with its activities under the company name “MAIDIT Co., LTD." They just released the announcement to their fan club members last night. It was rumored that "I Still Seek Revenge" was written in response to finding out that their management had decided to dissolve Band-Maid after 'Maid in Japan' didn't chart. They sent Band-Maid to shoot the "Thrill" video because it was already contracted and paid for. The band was out doing previously contracted gigs when "Thrill" went viral. The members of Band-Maid didn't find out about what management was doing behind their back until years later and that's when they wrote "I Still Seek Revenge".
