The Warning’s Vlog of their time in Japan with Band-Maid is highly recommended. The eight ladies in the same room, working on the song together, having fun with each other. The ‘counterparts’ becoming close. Dany with Saiki and Kanami, Pau and Akane. The friendship between Misa and Ale became very strong. You can see some of that in the video. Both Saiki and Kanami are just smiling so much with their moment with Dany.
Ale is said to be somewhat shy and Misa is very shy which hindered them interacting at first. They did become close later on. There is a pic that Ale took of Misa hamming for the camera which shows that. Misa posted on her IG account that she cried when they eventually had to part ways.
W I N !!!!! 🎀 W I N !!!⚡I think we can just say, at their level, Band-Maid and The Warning are equal peers at the very top of the "Rock" pile. I’ve watched “Show Them” 50 times now and still haven’t been able to drop my eyes down to the lyrics.🤘😂 Thx, WHZ! Btw -- I was just thinking: Band-Maid and The Warning, two very different bands, found something that would bring them together -- music! If only the people of the world could find something that would bring them together. I know... if peace and prosperity isn't enough, how about uniting for the very survival of our species! 🤔
Both bands are big fans of each other. BTW - there's a behind the scenes video of this collab on The Warning's channel Was lucky enough to be at their joint concert in Tokyo where they live debuted this song. Me & GF flew 6,000 miles from oHio to Japan! We spent 10 days in Japan. We stayed 5 days in Kyoto & Tokyo each with day trips to Osaka & Himeji. Was an amazing concert & trip! Was an experience we both will cherish forever! Really hoping that they release an official live video of this from that concert too!
I think these ladies really enjoyed doing this project. I love it for a variety of reasons. • The lyrics are a really strong empowering message IMHO • I like that they did not try to do too much, which on one hand makes the music a bit less complex than either band’s other offerings, but it makes it that 8 players can play it and make it clean. It would be really easy to make a big'ol hot mess of this if they all tried to do too much. • The trade-offs really point out to me that each of the instrumentalists are so individually skilled and approach their parts in slightly different ways. No winners or losers. No battle. Just a lovely 4 or 8 beat display of the variety of approaches and talents for a solo section. • It is nice and compact at 3:21. I have seen plenty of collabs over the years which turn into rambling oeuvres that don't go anywhere musically. This one just feels nice and tidy to me.
Thanks again guys. Two great bands!! And together----what a thrill!! I need to share the behind-the-scenes video. So cute to see the girls interact with each other.
This is an amazing collaboration from two outstanding rock bands. Everything about the video was perfect from a technical and a theatrical standpoint. I think Saiki was amazing with her first song entirely in English and Dany has some set of pipes on her, with that intro that was just a three-alarm call-out. I've seen these types of collabs a lot in the past, very few in recent times. One that I did find was also two Japanese female rock bands from a while back. Two of the best J-rock bands were Stereopony (who originally hailed from Okinawa) and Japan's veteran long-time rockers SCANDAL, who are in their 18th year together. I don't know how to put the information for the video in the comment, I'm a tech dinosaur, lol. So look up Stereopony - Girls Factory 11 - "Hitohira No Hanabira" feat. SCANDAL It's amazing to see both bands together on the same stage, with Haruna, Mami, Tomomi and Rina from SCANDAL and Aimi, Nohana and Shiho from Stereopony. This video is from 2011 and Stereopony sadly broke up not too long after that. It's a shame because they were an excellent group and Aimi was one hell of a vocalist. I hope you check it out.
You guyz have been there from early dayz... I'm new to The Warning bandwagon... from the first UA-cam vid to now, I've thought to myself, "This is impossible!" but the evidence is all on UA-cam for everyone to witness... a true Rock 'n' Roll miracle band! 😎
There was a video of this done at the concert. The crowd was wondering what was happening when Pau's drum kit was pulled out. It was amazing watching this live. Unfortunately UA-cam had to take it down because of Japanese law. I am glad I got to see it. The bands said that they want to do more collaborations, maybe in Mexico.
Another reactor, who is a music mixing engineer, remarked that the collaboration would have needed different tunings, for example, for the drums. If they just kept them the same, it wouldn't have sounded as rich and as full. I can imagine the instrumental parts would have similarly needed fine-tuning to ensure the richness of the sound. That's not easy across the language, translators or not. Such an amazing testament to musical excellence in collaboration.
So great seeing the 8 rock Goddesses performing together. Only problem is there is to much talent on that stage, and just not enough time for everyone to really stretch out and play.
Thank you. Potatoes are amazing. Especially the hot ones.🤘🥔 🤘 On a personal note. I will subscribe if you promise to leave them wolves alone. What have they done to you? 🐺
What an amazing collaboration this was! Good to see you guys back to The Warning!! You're in Ohio, right? Did you see them at the Agora last month? You guys nee-ee-EE-eed to see their cover they just did at SiriusXM, of Alanis Morisette's "You Oughta Know!"
Thanks again from Japan 有難う 💛。 I witnessed the live debut of this song 😍 that was played together (once and only to date) as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed like a duel to see which drummer can kick harder enough to break their bass drum in the joint performance. 🤣 (FYI : In the special concert, The Warning, who opened as the special guest, performed so powerful that the Maids were fired up to start their turn with fullest energy as the hostess band. It was fun like a kind of show-offs by two martial art fighters respecting each other. 😄 You mentioned "WWE" !) Note : Please check a video recently released in The Warning official channel that captures beautiful friendship with Band-Maid. It was filmed in Japan.
"Show Them' is a Band Maid song and will be on their latest album. The Song was sent to The Warning ahead of them getting to Japan. Then, in Japan, they worked out the arrangement and changes. The Warning's video on their Japan trip documents much of the process. Also there is a PRS guitar video with Kanami and Dani. The Warning wants Band Maid to come to Mexico for a joint concert, with Band Maid singing in Spanish. It obvious the 2 bands have great respect for each other, and truly like each other.
I think it's actually a BandMaid song, writing a song to share with The Warning and then DPA added their contribution. But maybe we'll see it live in Mexico 😀
As good as Ale is on bass, Misa is still the gorilla in the room. 8 of the best musicians in the world brining rock back to life. And this is the first appearance of Saki’s bangs.
I think Misa is absolutely great, but I think Ale could keep up with her no problem at all if it came down to it. I've seen Ale play some very complicated things, but that's not typically her style; that's not what The Warning does...it's not how they write songs. That being said, I dig them both a lot 😉
Who cares? This video is about a reaction to this song, not about "better live videos" anywhere. Someone paid them for reacting to it, if you want them to react to your "better live videos", do the same 🤷

This colab was wanted by everyone both sets of fans and the bands.
I can't wait for Band-Maid to colab with The Warning again!

One of the greatest colabs in Rock history. It was beautifully done.
This is an amazing collaboration from two outstanding rock bands. Everything about the video was perfect from a technical and a theatrical standpoint. I want to see them do an international tour together, with AT LEAST one song performed on stage together. These two bands mesh wonderfully.
THE 👑 QUEENS OF ROCK ARE KEEPING US FED 🤘⚡🤘
Best reaction I've seen from you both in a long time!
I saw this live in Japan with John Reeves UA-camr. The vibe was incredible. Anticipation as they rolled two drum sets on the stage!!
Love this performance
You guyz have been there from early dayz... I'm new to The Warning bandwagon... from the first UA-cam vid to now, I've thought to myself, "This is impossible!" but the evidence is all on UA-cam for everyone to witness... a true Rock 'n' Roll miracle band! 😎

I love these girls so much 🤘💥💥🤘
You're wish is their command!
A Japanese band and a Mexican band performing rock in their second language. Fabulous! And Dany opening with a Lzzy sound.
Beautiful
The bass ending is like The Warning's song "Survive". 😀
You have a whole new album from The Warning to react to called Keep Me Fed!
Great Reaction , I remember your 1st BAND-MAID video Thrill , y,all were blown away .
Great.
Amazing very cool

"And potatoes are good" hahah. Yes, they are.

Months waiting for this reaction!! Gracias ⚡🫶
Plz watch more of the warning plz and thank you❤❤❤
🎉🎉🎉
"GIRL POWER!" by God!
Yup The Warning still here...where ya been???
🔥🔥🔥🔥
You might want to check out a video from PRS Japan with a Q&A with Dany and Kanami
Thank you. Potatoes are amazing. Especially the hot ones.🤘🥔 🤘
On a personal note. I will subscribe if you promise to leave them wolves alone. What have they done to you? 🐺

Potatoes 🥔 are good.
The best BTS is on their channel, “our first time in Japan”.

This was written and composed by Band Maid, and is on their next album.
They all worked on it.
It's a battle of tone VS technique with a Pigeon in the middle!
Shame that this isn't really receiving any airplay in the US....but not surprising either.
I think it's actually a BandMaid song, writing a song to share with The Warning and then DPA added their contribution. But maybe we'll see it live in Mexico 😀
While it started with a Kanami demo, both bands worked together to write the finished product, which Dany said kept "the atmosphere" of the demo.
I'd love to see The Warning and Band-Maid do a North American tour together.

No, Akane is the gorilla in the room.
@@SummerRain-n5u Exactly. Not to mention Ale is more than 10 years younger; I can't imagine how good she could be at 31.
Who´s Saki?

Didn't watch the video. Right now , there are better live videos to request to react , from The ⚡️ Warning originals , than the one collaboration.
