Laura, girl! You throw tf DOWN!!! I could not stop saying OMG at the end with the plating and syrup pouring. This has to be one of favorite recipes you've ever made! I love your channel!
I threw some cinnamon in the custard and a little bit on top and it was amaze balls.
Don't know how Laura can make such great meals so rich , yet still maintain her lovely figure , if it was me , I'd weigh 450 pounds by now.
She doesnt eat all of it, she sends a lot of it to her husbands work or she gives it to friends, she only cooks sweets around the weekends and she doesnt eat all of it! She also works out :) Shes exactly what "Everything in moderation" means ;)

It is SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! I actually serve this as dessert. I cool down the sauce then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Just made this. So good. Next time I might tweak the recipe a little. I'll try adding blueberries to the filling. But it is very good as is.

Tinkafo basically "French toast casserole" is essentially a bread pudding 😊
French toast like that will make more of a custard center
Breaking up bread gives it a denser texture ..
And it's usually made with a heavy texture bread .
