- This is an update video after using Sophia.org for 1 week. For those who don't know, you can transfer some completed Sophia.org and Study.com classes to WGU. Doing this will shorten the amount of time needed to complete your degree. This video was made on 8-15-22.
Great video, wishing you all the best!
congratulations on the amazing progress! if you ever hit a point where you have *both* of your Sophia classes waiting for grading, you can "chat" their help line and they will open up a 3rd class for you!
Interesting. I didn't know that. Thanks!
Thanks for updating your progress towards your degree with WGU. Super helpful!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for always giving us update
Most underrated youtuber of all time.
U could do all the touch stones at ones but ensure you must have completed the unit's challenges and milestone ..So what I do is I just skip and go directly to the unit's that have touchstone, I complete the unit's challenges then just do the touch stone and submit before I start doing the other units
I agree with you. I just hate writing papers 😂.
Great
How do I get my transcripts?
can man hopefully you see this, planning to do everything in you did, do you have a discount code?
Did you find about the environment science?
I wish to ask, please do you know any school that offer credit courses for transfer for Graduate or masters level?
Not that I know of. At WGU, you can transfer some credit if you have IT certifications for some classes (for example the CISSP and Pentest+ certification will transfer into the Masters Cybersecurity degree), but I think it depends on the degree. I don't think there's any Sophia or Study classes you can transfer.
@@CameronEvolved thanks
Don't you have a program advisor to ask if they can accept the course ? Before you do it?
WGU has a page on it's website that lists all of the courses that you can take at Sophia that will transfer depending on what degree you're going for. I have an enrollment counselor too, but for me finding the information on the website was a bit more helpful.
@@CameronEvolved thanks bro
How many credits in total can you transfer from sophia? And if i want to major in computer science do i take the computer science courses and other courses from other majors to earn credits and transfer them? thanks in advance
If you're going for Computer Science, this page will tell you what Sophia classes you can do. They very depending on what degree you're trying to get. partners.wgu.edu/Pages/Single.aspx?aid=22062&pid=86
What’s the sauce on completing Microeconomics/Macroeconomics?
Not sure about Microeconomics, but Macroeconomics wasn't bad. I think most people should be able to knock it out within a week. Much faster if you have a lot of free time.
Hey can you tell me how many classes you can complete per month on Sofia? I thought it was 2 per month. But you're completing a lot??
You can complete as many as you want per month. The only limitation is that you can only do 2 of them at the same time. Once you finish one of the classes, you can immediately the next one.
Are the tests proctored? And can you just take the test to test out of it if you want?
Sophia tests are not proctored. You have to do all of the quizzes and the final test before you'll get a final score for the course.
How long did eng comp 1 take you?
Over 2 months, but that's because I took a long time to do the writing assignments.
Update Cam?
I'll upload an update in the next day or so. Thanks for watching.
Are the classes proctored?
No, Sophia does not have proctored exams. They all are open book. There are touchstones(assignments/Projects) that will need to be graded by an instructor and those take a while to be graded(1-3 days average).
It took me web development 30 mins lol.
