@@CameronEvolved I have another question from my understanding if I transfer credits to wgu it will lower the cost of tuition right? The program I want to get into cost 3600 for six months and I want to finish in six month so if I transfer credits 3600 will be lower??
@@agirlnamenerak2786 You'll still have to pay the full cost of at least 1 term (not including scholarships and financial aid).
@@CameronEvolved oh okay thank you
You take a proctored exam at the end
Can you please make the spreadsheet available to download

Hello , I need to take a 3 credit Religion course , Not able to find it anywhere ?
Try to take it at a local community college if you can.
can a non American out of the US study at WGU ?
I've heard that there are some WGU students outside of the US, but I don't know WGU allows students from anywhere or if it's limited to only a few places outside of the US (like Canada).
How do you know these classes will transfer in the first place? Do you need to get a pre-approval from the school you’re applying to? Thanks for this info!!
WGU provides a list of the Sophia courses that will transfer for each degree. I'm not sure if other schools do the same though.
Hi there, do you have a contact information, I'm taking sophia courses for transferring credit, could i ask some questions about this?
Can I transfer credits for the master's degree to WGU? Or it's only for the Bachelor's degree?
I don't there are any Sophia classes you can transfer for the Master degrees. You may be able to transfer an external certification or two to knock off a few classes though. It depends on the degree.
Why do you say there is only 11 available credits to transfer? Isn’t there like a total of 40?
maybe he said classes my mistake
Can u do Sophia with out a high school diploma or ged?
I don't remember them asking me about it when I signed up, but I'm pretty sure you can do Sophia without a high school diploma or GED.
You can
How does transferring Sophia courses affect your GPA? My GPA isn't great and I need to improve it.
GPA doesn’t matter at WGU
Is there a way to get the material before to study and after that to subscribe for 1 month and finish ALL credits in 30 days?
I mean to download these PDF materials?
Not that I know of. I think you have to be a member to access the PDFs.
@@CameronEvolved yes, but I'd like to know If there IS this material over the internet? Where I can study before and start only in University and do not nerd to pay for Sofia org or study com . Because If you study It before you can accelerate the studies only inside WGU. I Will try to find on Reedit or in others forums. Thank you!
Hey i just started sophia on project plus and I also have project fro wgu academy, but I think it would be easer to do it through sophia, but could you give me any tips for that class like how is the exams compared to the question it gives or any thing that could help?
Can you transfer credits from a bachelors degree you already rcvd from another college?
Yes
Hi, how much time do you spend per day working on a class? Do you have a job, or a you solely working on your degree?
Yeah I work time. I would put in a few hours on the weekdays. Maybe 6-10 on the weekends.
@Cameron Evolved What is a few hours during the week realisticly look like for you. I did the ENG101 Class through WGU Academy and was spending a full weekend and a couple of evenings of two hours during the week doing the essays. It took me about a month to complete the 4 essays. I honestly don't know if that's actually good or bad 😂
I have an AS in business and BS in accounting. 1 community college, 1 state school for the BS. Currently enrolled in Sophia and SDC courses, can we transfer from 4 different schools/programs to WGU? Lol
Yes. I transferred credits from SDC, Sophia, and certifications from CompTIA and ISC2.
I am new to this, but is it possible to take classes at university and at the same time take classes with Sophia? Or when you start university you wont be able to take classes with Sophia?
I don't know about other universities, but once you start WGU you can no longer transfer Sophia classes.
What degree are you taking at wgu?
Bachelors of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance
Hey where can I get the exact classes I need? I looked on wgu website. I want to go for I.T. management
@@randygentry1533 You mean the classes from Study.com that you can transfer? If so, this is the link for IT Management. partners.wgu.edu/Pages/Single.aspx?aid=19144&pid=135
@@randygentry1533 I just realized this video is the Sophia Learning video. Here's the link to the classes if you want to use Sophia to transfer credit for IT Management classes. partners.wgu.edu/Pages/Single.aspx?aid=22064&pid=135
Are you using Sophia credits qualify for WGU requirements for the cyber security degree?
No. I already met the requirements. I just used Sophia to skip some of the classes I would've had to take at WGU. I ended up transferring in 10 classes with Sophia (worth 32 WGU credits).
People who are on Sophia learning: how many hours do you put in each day?
How was your environmental science class?
It wasn’t too bad when I took it. Got a 93 after 3 days
How many credits can you transfer?
Up to 90 or 75%

Uhh you should definitely tell your boss if you’re working over 40 hours as a salary employee because by federal law you’re entitled to Overtime pay even as salary.
