I’ve been dying for someone to describe this in such a straightforward way. This is incredible. Well spoken.

Mind-blowing! No one's ever done this tutorial and I appreciate how niche this is on UA-cam and to learn upper structure triads on Woody N You from India is only possible in this era.

Very cool. In case somebody wants to memorize a lot of useless stuff, what's the theory behind it? ;) I wonder if there is a rule, theory or something which gives intuition about what "works" and what doesn't. To have the 1 going up the scale seems easy enough but when is it minor an when mayor? Wasn't there some sort of rule like if you have a dominant you can play always the triad one whole step up from the root but then have to adjust somehow something? Last thing, is that a MODX 8 or Montage? :D

I love this concept to find nice chords and melodies. I find it way easier than learning loads of scales and modes.

Is it me or did Mr. Tony get himself a new camera? Your last two videos have been looking very crisp. Excellent and informative content as usual thank you

Brilliant. Thanks Tony. Another master class in jazz improvisation. I love the insight you give on the way your mind thinks about chords. Really useful.

I've been listening to Woody n You on repeat the last week, specifically Bill Evans' On Green Dolphin street. Must be something in the air?
