Great job Dr. Abby. In the ultra noisy advertisement rich market, nobody really talks about the quality of the products that we consume for health. Your work in this regard definitely is a great help for someone who has been taking Protein supplement of various expensive brands. Thank you.
atleast for me, one of the pioneers of lab testing of health supplements is a youtuber/health & fitness expert named Arpit Mangal ... he has been doing this for a few years now. he now has a website called trustified where he puts out lab tests of many health supplements including protein powders ... he has 3 levels of testing, for protein content, heavy metals and for amino spiking !!
since he's not a doctor, his testing/research approach may be different... but it's very very useful and informative!!

Me too consuming whey protein from last decade....just wanted to know is it safe for parents above 60 yrs of age if they are pure vegetarian and dont like paneer...they can take milk lassi curd as dairy source of protein..

Paras used insulin spike but with high carbs , it is higher glucose spike and then pancreas create more insulin to control glucose spike and then Glucose crash happens. Thereby, a high carb meal causes high lethargy.
There is more important point of sequence of food that addresses satiety -> Fiber -> Protein -> Carbs -> Fats
