Please please bring in such doctors from other super specialites too... A podcast with pulmonologist & cardiologist is a must since it's a much needed awareness field.. Thank you so much to ANI & honourable Dr. Shiv sir.
I have been very health conscious ever since I was a teenager. Now I am Over 60 but still has a waist of 26 inches, was 27 when I got married. Stayed slim even after I had my children. No come, no alcohol and no juices & fizzy drinks. I have not had sugary tea for over 38 years gradually made my hubby give up sugar too. No alcohol allowed in my house. Everyone in my family maintains good weight and healthy eating. No white flour & no bread. Plenty of vegetables
This doctor is talking so much of sense. Stay blessed and wish more people will educate themselves to keep oneself away from chronic diseases. Elimination of sugar from the diet will be so beneficial in preventing fatty liver. Thanks for this wonderful and educational episode.
Ye Doctor really me bhagwan ke awatar hai.. thank you to the channel ki itni important jankari milli.. priceless information ..Thank you all.. Best of luck.😍
Am a paediatrician & student of Dr Sarin...accidently saw this podcast ...Echoing every thing which I do & tell my patients parents & family ...Shukriya Sir ji
Please arrange such interview for chronic kidney disease! There are increasing number of people who are suffering from CKD and there are hardly any interview on this topic. We only discuss about diabetes, liver issues, weight loss topics.
Smita, your pod cast is one of the best in terms of topics, people, your maturity n demeanour and the over all healthy atmosphere that you create... You deserve to be where you are even when you sound a centrist with no obvious leanings! ❤
I am having a weight of 50 kg since last 30 years and everyone sympathetically said that I am underweight and need to put on. But I knew that I am fine and healthy. I feel vindicated today after listening to Dr. Sarin.
I really really appreciate the commitment of this doc to change people’s mindset.. He was so focused to spread the awareness about liver issue!! Great work..
Very nice podcast Mrs. Smita Prakash which is very useful with lots of information on our stomach health. I am 68 years old and keeping good health by eating less and doing some yoga like pranayama and kapalbhati for 60 minutes a day. I even enjoyed working at the age of 67 for 40 hrs a week. As the doctor advised I never used the lift to go to the 5th floor office. Because I used to sit in front of the system of dual monitors. To pick my coffee or water I used walk to pantry. Ich leibe mein Schwarz coffee i.e I love my black coffee once in a day. So to keep us healthy we need to work more and eat one meal a day only vegetarian food. My name is Subbarao Sathyanarayana from Bangalore.
Simply 🙏🙏🙏to the host and the guest. Need of the hour is an understatement. The ending thought of training the mind seems just right, both, to affect the current state of health and to influence the next generation. I am sure the change is inevitable and is coming, by introducing our scriptures in the school curriculum. What we all learnt just by emulating our elders, needs to be reintroduced. Our elders lived the values that children could imbibe free of cost. Today’s generation unfortunately have no such free role models around. Agree, there are exceptions. So, point is start the yoga sutras in school itself, so that we nurture our future world citizens with great inner strength.
This was really a great useful and informative program that I ever had watched on social media. Lots of love, respect and appreciation for host, guest and entire team.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Greetings from London.I am former and I worked at King's college hospital in the late 90's on a post liver transplant ward and the unit was ran by Dr Mohammed Rela ,I believed has returned back to india and has his own private clinic.I really enjoyed this podcast.
Don't want to be harsh with the new host girl but podcasting is a skill not every journalist has it naturally it's to be learnt. Please learn fast. Smita as always is great. I had heard this doc before on lallantop show, had it been only Smita, it would have been better than Lallantop for sure.
Very educative . Thank you Dr Sarin sir for an effective educative video. I think every Indian should read this book at the age of 18- 20 yrs . Keeping Healthy is a " Duty " , not just a previlage !
Accidentally saw the podcast.Dr Sarin speaks so clearly and this guy is amazing. Congratulations to Dr Sarin in explaining such a simple way.Its all MINDSET.
Great insight. Wshng everyone great health wealth peace and success. Eat right think right sleep tight. 😊thanks a ton dr sarin and the channels entire team. 👍
Very informative discussion. I seem to have a mild non-alcoholic fatty n my cholesterol levels are on a constant borderline high. I have overcome my thyroid problem
Would like to thank u all from the depth of my heart for such a worthy and wonderful session on health in specifically. Found really easy to understand and follow. May God " The Almighty " Bless u all to always stay Healthy, Happy and Wealthy too. 👍👍👍💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏
Fabulous talk. Many thanks Smita and to Dr Sarin for giving accurate info in such a simple easy to understand way. As a medical doctor n specialist myself, I found it so informative.
It's great to listen to one of the greatest doctors in conversation with one of the best journalists. Liver no doubt is one of important organs similar to heart , brain, kidneys, nervous system etc. Each specialist would give a similar advise to safeguard one's organs. But what should a man do in this crazy world to just follow advises of abjuration without any advise to enjoy the variety of foods??
Very good interview on the health tips to lead healthy life. Smitha Akka, such interviews you should ask Arnav ji to telecast on all his Republic language channels. This way the message will reach max audiences.
This podcast should be translated to all major Indian languages so that most of our parents , grandparents can understand. Very important for our Nation
India is 100 years ahead of our pakistan because of persons like Dr Sarin and the channels that arrange such lectures for public.
Please please bring in such doctors from other super specialites too... A podcast with pulmonologist & cardiologist is a must since it's a much needed awareness field.. Thank you so much to ANI & honourable Dr. Shiv sir.

I am following WFPBD ( more advanced than vegan). Only fibre detoxifies the liver). By definition plants have fiber
