Lemon pepper and garlic powder
A little lemon juice on each side. I like to put some tomatoes and onions and a little bell pepper on the inside.
cook for 20 min on each side and enjoy. Easy day
Subbed. Love me some gaspergou! I like to add the same veggies in the belly cavity 'cept I use jalapenos. I'm a Navy Vet too.
I'll have to try the jalapeños, I do like a little spice on occasion. Thanks for the comment. If your ever wanting to see me cook something just comment on any video and I'll see what I can do.
By the way from one navy guy to another. Cheers
Looks good! Why does your grill have two big holes in the top?
I took the stacks off
Man that looks and smells good!
Thanks it was worth the cook.
The fish in this video isn't a Freshwater Drum. I'm not sure what it is but I know it's not a Freshwater Drum.
That's what it was advertised as, from the Philippines
Cheers. Thanks for the video! I winced every time you used garlic butter to grease the grill, though. ;P I suppose there is something to be said for a pleasant aroma while grilling!
thanks, yeah I just love the smell.
Not a freshwater drum.
Okay, so what is it? Buddy of mine who got told me it was.
@@backyardgrillingwithwalter Without the fins and scales, it is hard to tell. Looks like a Red Snapper/Red Sea Bream. Freshwater drum or sheephead have smaller eyes and taste terrible with the blood line left in. Yours looks fantastic. But it could be a drum, not ruling it out. But eyes are just way to large - we catch them on Lake Erie...
@@drmarcfpelletier Thanks for the feed back.
Almost like l have done except I put it all on aluminum foil so it doesn't stick
Thanks for the feed back, I've done foil a few times. Yes I agree it is a little more manageable for the non-sticking aspect of it.
Great content brother
Thank you.
Definitely NOT a freshwater drum, or any local freshwater fish. Drum are fine eating when small, up to 3-4 pds. After that, the texture gets a little tough.
From the Phillipines, not local at all.
