Best Seared T Bone Steak
Переглядів 1464 місяці тому
Seared T-Bone. Olive Oil Salt Pepper. That's all you need for the perfect Steak. I like Medium Rare so I cook until it hits 130 to 135°F. Remember, it will cook a few degrees up after removing it from your heat source. Enjoy and let your family think you are awesome. @@kurtsapp4395 thanks
You didn't even wash the meat. 😂😂😂.
@rockslidegfx it's all good man, it was for my own dinner, didn't kill me. 😜
Whats that bat lookin thing walking around your kitchen? Do you have a xoloitzcuintli?
@whatsgrowingon lol, Yes I did for a few years. I had to give him away. He become supper protective of the house and I couldn't invite people over. It was unfortunate because he was so good with kids. Just not anyone else.
@@backyardgrillingwithwalter that's awesome. Sad you had to give him away..I totally would have taken him. They're really smart and yes very protective. Which is a good thing IMO. Much love
Well allreight 🎉
@@theartistbonez1930 thanks
First impression is everything, no gloves, where done here!
@yechezqelyehudi5164 I'm cooking for myself, in my own home. Yes thier may be a video or two in here I'm wearing gloves, because others came to enjoy. But for my self. No I dont wear gloves.
got distracted by the cute dog lol, nice recipe
Thanks, yeah that's my little buddy.
Good to see ya , it’s been awhile . Keep them coming
Been a little busy at work and publishing my cook book. It's on Amazon. Same name as my Channel.
I spotted a moka pot.....man of culture
Yeah I use that on the weekends, I absolutely love the flavor I get out of it.
Haha Man the end when you took a bite was hilarious "Got Damm maybe let that cool off for a minute". But good stuff thanks for making the vid.
@ghnw 😆, yeah I felt that bite the next morning. Glad you liked the video.
Definitely using this recipe on the next fishing trip!
Great video Walter, Im about to make it for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@@MikeTowns032 hell yeah, it's worth it. Please let me know what they think. Enjoy the party.
damn fine yardbird brother!
@JoshHinton-fn4tj appreciate the feedback it was damn good tasting too. Anything you'd like for me to cook just ask.
Keep it up Walter. My first vid on your channel was frozen drums. Now i watch ur vids every time im drinkin and bbqing 😂. Got a free local chuck roast today, checked ur vid for a reference.
Hell yeah, thanks for the support
Don't mean to be the party pooper here, but you actually cut the breast bone and not the spine. The spine is on the back of the chicken and you cut the front (breast) of the chicken.
Damn I never really payed attention to that. I confused the breast from the back. Lol. I was drinking so that's my excuse 🤪
That’s so funny! 😂 but thanks Walter I’m going to smoke 2 chickens tomorrow on my Oklahoma joes highland
I rewatch this every time I smoke pork! As a KC native, I can attest that this is the best video I’ve ever found to make the best pork possible, thanks for making it!
I'm originally from Belton MO, so thanks for the compliment. It means alot.
Beautiful Ribs! I like the meat falling off the bone but I like to have to work at it a little. You nailed it!
Thanks for the kind words. I have to agree with you as well. However sometimes I do enjoy ribs that just fall apart. I Use them to to make omelets in the morning. And sandwichs
I saw it. And, DAMN! it looks lovely❤❤❤
Thank you, it was Damn good too.
Love the intro!! The steaks look great as always. A nice medium rare 😮 😋
Thanks. I always appreciate the feedback.
I see the shaved beef...where the Tbone?
I'm coving it up with the tongs. Watch my video on my page, you will see it clearly. It's just the way I'm holding it.
I don’t use egg French onion soup mix Worcestershire sauce Salt Pepper Garlic McCormick season of choice. Let it all sit for a day In the meat
Now that’s what I call a drunk chicken, or maybe not the chicken, too bad he was drinking tranny fluid
Nice video bro
Thank you. I need to do some more. Just busy with life.
Why the vinegar ?
I like the flavor. But it helps tenderize the meat is the main reason.
When I get out of this apartment I’m going to grill everyday 🤣🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

hi walter! i tried this and my kids loved it!
Awesome, I'm so happy your kids loved it. Thank you for letting me know.
just got my new Napoleon Pro665 and ready to smoke/grill some pork tenderloins - burnt end style.
Awesome, nothing better than a new grill. That's a good one.
I like to keep it on the grill or smoker until the husk chars. Just something I stumbled on years ago and it's one less thing to have to keep an eye on. Glad you are back to posting!
Thanks, been out to sea the last 10 days and got a busy schedule for the rest of the year. I'll post when I can. I'll try out charing the husk next time.
Man that looks good brother!!!
Ooooo! That looks so good!
Ive never seen this cut before
You can apply the same concept to the bone in, I just started seeing them in my local grocery over the last year.
@@backyardgrillingwithwalter cool 😎
They are awesome. Bone in is amazing. On the grill with salt and pepper.
I need that oil sprayer !!!
Costco
@@backyardgrillingwithwalter Thank you! 😊

Good stuff

just found this channel. sick tattoos. might need to add more cheeto powder next time
Thanks man was thinking about getting another tattoo, maybe in a few months. But yes I used the Cheeto balls. My son said maybe the actual chips would be better.
Excuses, excuses, and more excuses is what I heard! Lol 😊! Let’s get the production grillin’!! More tripe grilling while getting drunk 😂! You sound better and your video content flows well when you’re boozed!
Lmao, 😆🤣😆
Thank you Walter! I've been wanting more of your videos so this is a god send. Love from Brazil
I got you, one video coming later this evening after I get off work. Working on putting the clips together today. What's a good BBQ dish from Brazil. You would like to see me attempt.
Let’s get that BBQ
whatcha stewin chief?
I got some smoked corn, and kalbi style flanken ribs.
Bros on the bears! Hahaha lol
I'm just gonna assume you meant beers, otherwise that just hurts my head. 😂. Got any request.
@@backyardgrillingwithwalter have a beer 4 me cheers lol happy grilling love the character and the content
Well no shit it’s dripping, you didn’t let it rest
Damn someone has some hostility in the morning. I wasn't trying to let it rest. I ate it right away.
Thanks seriously simple ingredients is all i needed and this works perfectly
Your welcome, I'm glad I was able to help.
I just used beer it was great
That works too. 😂
Looks good! Why does your grill have two big holes in the top?
I took the stacks off
Just what I was looking for. Thank you!
Hope it turns out well for you.
Great video! Like how short & to the point especially. Think I would have floated the ice on top in ziplock bags to avoid diluting the brine.
