Me and my family are going on a trip to the beach at the end of June. I asked my dad if we could try cooking some of the fish we catch; so this will definitely come in handy.

This really looks good, but yeah, that is something I noticed, and went "oh gross!" :)
The real crime was that he used margarine.
ElephantHuntInvesting u more observant than me but I did use the word butter looosly as in buttering cement mortar on end of brick

Good tip put seasoning in the slits and also open the fish and ruv seasoning all over! And oop! Gross.to put the butter knife scraping off the excess butter!

Wish you mention cooking temperature
I guess 180 will be spot on if cooked in an oven, if you cook in BBQ or fry pan cook on a medium heat for say.

So how long would you cook pinky snapper for??
Same size fish same time great eating this way with all fish, if un shore pull back foil and if the fish is white to the back bone it ready to eat, enjoy and thanks for you feed back.

What’s wrong with it. Heaps of chefs also cook fish on the bbq this way. They simply vary what’s in the foil..
