    Morning drink -Green tea
    Breakfast - oats banana porridge
    Mid morning meal - lemon water without sugar
    Lunch - 1 roti with moong sorout sabji abd stir fry sabji buttermilk
    Eve snack - green tea with roasted chana.
    Dinner - 6pm to 7pm - vegetable/lauki dosa with salad

      People do water fast for 10 days. Zero calories. Some people do 1 meal a day. They are healthy. It's almost impossible to get even 1000 calories if you consume fruits and vegetables like our ancestors. It's the sugar, carbs and isolated fats that have ton of calories and that's what making us fat and unhealthy. So 1000 calories are plenty to stay fit and survive for a sedentary person.

    2) lunch -- some what rice with curry

      Khate raho chalte rahe jyada dait karne se kam kiya hua vajan bahut jyada teji se vapas badh jayega isase acha he jo roj khate ho vo hi khate jao aur try karo oil and sugar avoid karo and daily minimum 45-60 minutes walk karo sab ho jayega dhire dhire 1 month me 2-3kg se jyada vajan kam karna its dengerous for health

    Nice plan but you must use other vegetables also your plan has capsicum carrot tomato nearly everyday

    Fat los ke liye vo khana chahiye.

      30 gm ke bajara and jowar me nearly 100 calories milte hai,yes that's very good as it is high in fiber you can try it.
