How do you select the layer?

For drawing layers: Press the button below the selected color on the top right corner and select the layer. You can also tap the button below that one to adjust the layer settings.
If you change to animation layer in the layer settings it affects the full animation layer so if I were to lower *animation* layer opacity, the entire animation on that selected layer would have opacity down while drawing layer only has that one frame’s opacity down.
