Just for one month, but i could make an essay to share this journey. Keep it short I get a lot of personal growth and positive energy. Some poses that previously too hard for me are now capable. I feel so much better than before. I am happier, stronger, more flexible and confident❤️. And practicing with you in almost every day in this month, make me enjoyed and appreciate myself and mylife more because you always remind me to do so. The rocking low boat was a killer, I am still not strong enough to do the proper rocking, so I modify and cheated, but still struggling =p the child pose to chaturanga was a serious struggle on my noodles arm and baby level core!!!! I may not be leaving every comments on the video I practice, but I am still joining and practice with you everyday =) grateful to have you in my yoga journey, thanks Marina!!

Hello Week 3! I am challenging myself to do the advanced videos this week instead of intermediate. Love this quick sweat before rushing to work...will be doing the videos out of order to fit them in today :)
Waw, waw, waw!!! I feel sooooo energized right now. This was fun, challenging and very effective to get stronger and to learn to persevere! It's incredible how I really feel changes in my body that month of the challenge. I will definitely continue this. Later a day of training so taking the time to do your practices for it is great to be able to focus properly later on. Love your work !!
Challenge day 13: This was really hard. I couldn't finish most of the sets, before I would have usually tried to push myself until the end but then I'd end up feeling really sore for many days. It feels healthier to do my best but still not push too hard so I don't injure myself 🤗 And that also means I have much room for growth too when I keep practicing with this video.
Absolutely !!! There will be times when you feel ready to push harder but there are also times in life when we have to allow ourselves to take it easier !!! Ups and downs. It is normal. It is important to find that balance !
