    This one was intense! I'm glad you mentioned "no expectations" because it made me feel better about not being able to do everything perfectly! The low boats with one leg out were not happening so I just did regular high to low boat and it was still a great workout 😊 Thanks again for all your hard work, I loved this challenging class!

      Oh yes - you should always modify - that is the benefit of self practice . It allows you to focus on what is right and good and accessible to your body and if you repeat it a few times you will start noticing the difference, especially because you will know what poses to expect and it will become easier to follow so you can concentrate more on what you re doing instead of catching up with unfamiliar sequence. And you will just get stronger. So best of luck with your practice !

    Challenge week 4 day 1 is done! Today it felt much better than previous try!. More confident and a bit stronger! Transitions from warrior 3 to the following poses keep challenging me a lot. A great work! Grateful!

    Day 22 of Yoga challenge. That is absolutely the hardest practice of all I've done! But as well in balancing sequence was a lot of fun and I was smiling 😀 I hope the next time I will do this practice I will have more strength to do it 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Thank you, Marina, it was amazing!

    Wow I really enjoyed this practice today. It was a little intense but still really creative and fun. I really liked the flows from one pose to the other. Highly recommend to everyone to give it a try! It will definitely go on in my yt list for regular practice🙏🏻

    Week 3 Day 3 (workout 3) done!!! It was very tough and challenging for me so I have modify lots of the movements!!! But am loving the flow so much, felt very strong and great energy throughout the flow!! Love all 3 workouts today,great intensity and lots of sweats!! I did your slow deep stretch flow after this and it felt so complete!! Thanks Marina!!!

      Marina Alexeeva I really appreciate all the work you re putting into your videos and I guess the UA-cam algorithm needs to know 😁 and I feel like, most of the times, people are more likely not to commend even if they like something. Myself as well (usually). So I try to change that -at least for myself- because people like you (who are doing a really great job) need get the appreciation they deserve :)

    Wow!! Day 20 and I'm loving this practice! You keep surprising me Marina with all these lovely and fun routine...I feel my body is getting stronger every day (planks and stuff aren't that hard anymore ;-) ). I did a proper warm up (morning yoga and my own class) and I must say it makes a difference...more balanced and the pistol squat went well...yay :-) Looking forward for the last week of the challenge...bit sad also that it's the last week but happy because I can do your practices afterwards also. Thank you!

    I start to notice that i like practice balances with one leg, it challenge me but practicing more each time i can achieve it without feeling so difficult , thats good progress news , yeiiiii!!! :)

    day 6 of week 3 is completed honestly ,I am over the moon now, this week was tough , I was busy with my exams and studies BUT I make it I was able not to forget myself during those busy , stressful days .sharing the practice and do it with my friends was something special ,Thank you so much!❤️

      Yes I was sweating while recording this ! It was like +40 outside and I do not switch AC on while I am recording ! So it was like hot yoga for me lol !!! I am happy that you enjoyed it !!

    Super sweaty, balances with one leg were hard but amazing to try it , is the think i love of this challenge, we try to do every thing no matter if is hard or easy, we keep tryin and working and that make me going to do some progress , it just have a fun and enjoy the practice :)

    Day 3 week 3! it was kind of intense and very challenging on the balance! I've give all my best accepting to modify some movement some time! can't wait to do this practice again and see how I improve, hopefully once day I'll be totally satisfied of the result and the end of this practice! thanks !!

    I rember the first time I did this class: I was so slow and at the end I was breathless and without forces. Today, after one year with you I feel totaly different: I feel stronger and I arrive at the end of this flow with my breath ok. I am nto able to do some movements ( like the jumps on the hands) but I learn Low boat with leg out, little pistol squats. So This class is really intense but I can do it with a new body, a new spirit.

    this practice was really a challenge for me. couldn't do all the excercices as you showed, so i did the easier versions! I was dead afterwads :D
    I will be doing this one again in one month or so, will be a good way to see how I'm progressing.

    I remember doing this practice when it just came out in September and I even told - no way Marina, this is super advanced lol. I couldn't do quite a few elements at the time. Well today I did probably 90% properly. Love it! Happy 8th March, nothing better than to treat yourself to a sweaty work out hahah Day 1 of week 4

    i notice so much my progress and im so happy, the balancing poses are each time better for me, i can do it for more time and enjoying it, and the same thing is with my planks variation!! i need to celebrate it hahahaha thanks to you!!!

    Doing this after an intense leg workout wasn’t easy! But I loved and enjoyed every minute of it, however, I always struggle with my balance in Warrior 3 pose. I somehow lose my balance and have to get into the pose back. Anyways, thank you! Day 3 of week 3 done✅

      W 3 is very hard ! It requires not only balance, but flexibility, strength and proper alignment ! I suggest you to practice it more often with blocks under hands ! Pause some videos, and focus and hold a little !
