I have a mercedes m273 e550 and I get a whistling noise that comes on and stays on randomly while the car is running. Also I think there is excessive pressure in my crankcase. I changed the intake manifold and the pcv valve and oil drip pan behind the camshaft but still have this noise. Could it be the much simpler oil seperator/pcv valve on the front of the valve cover? This part seems really simple and it has a hose that runs to the intake. I don't really even understand what it does but looks like a plastic case with a number of channels inside of it.
What about "the milkshake" in my PCV and Crankcase Vent Valve?.. I have a rough idle so I started with these two parts to see if that would help and I noticed white sludge.

I keep on getting low oil pressure on my porsche cayenne 2011 I change the sensor and I still get the oil pressure low
Do i have to replace the complete par or just the run rubber gasket

Hello. I changed that and after the second day the same problem still exists, whenni turn the car on in the morning the white smoke still there.
Valve guide seal or bore score then..do a leak down test

Do you notice white smoke coming out of the exhaust?
@acogjefe4769 no white smoke... took it to my mechanic and the rough idle was caused by a bad fuel injector.
