I flew EI-DEJ to Brussels last Thursday. Safe to say security was a bit more hectic than your experience.

I seem to be missing most of the chaos 😅 Most I’ve had to wait in a security line was 45 minutes, but most of the time I’ve got through much quicker.
Oh and I never check in bags, which saves A LOT of time.

Did you have to check-in your carry bag/backpack or were you allowed to bring it on the plane? We are going from Dublin to Barcelona in March and we are only bringing a carry bag.
