- A potential fix to try for the common FORD AUDIO WELCOME message that is stuck on the radio display. Try replacing the fuse labelled no.21 behind the glove box. Post below if it helped fix the problem!

My sons Radio hasn't worked since we bought the car. Was getting ready to finally order a new one and ran across this. Its been right at a year.. lol thanks for posting. I swear everythings online!

Actually it helped a lot! I was adviced to change the front panel or the cd player or everything and all I had to do was to change this fuse in order to work again!
It’s working perfectly!!! I needed only put it out and in one more time and fixed the problem! Thank you soooo much!!!! 💪💪💪
Replaced my "radio" fuse earlier and didn't fix this so when I have time let's hope this fuse will fix it, I'm not gonna do a whole radio interface swap but this is manageable enough
I’ve got the opposite problem, my radio keeps turning itself on after the car is locked
can i connect my phone into this type of radio becouse i dont have the phone option in it

I haven't got the diagram of the fuse locations as shown on the glove box back. Will have to have a chat with the Ford main dealer.

can you do a video on how to turn on bluetooth
was you able to connect? hit the phone button and then menu. to play music once your BT connected hit Aux and the hit menu. hit the seek button until bluetooth shows hit Ok. just did this 2 minutes ago. hope it helps!

Didn't work. Fuse is good. Replaced it with 2 new ones. Stuck on Welcome still.
Any update? Mine is still stuck on the welcome screen. I am in North America, Ford fiesta 2012 .
