- Good day to all. Once Sync hung, I have it monochrome, as I understand it, 1 gen. Ford Fiesta SE 2017 USA. Tried to turn off the battery for a day. I pulled out the fuses 10, 32, 33. The 10th even tried to replace it. Bluetooth Aux USB don't work, USB doesn't even have power. Disconnected the Sync module under the glove box (ge8t-14d212-ad). The low phonebattery icon lights up on the screen (supposedly a connected phone and the level of the missing mobile network. This has already happened before, but removing the clamp helped. Now only the radio works. The Media buttons (the Sync icon appears and the radio turns on again) and Phone do not respond.
Open and take out the glove box. Look for no.10 fuse (look at ur car manual to confirm it’s the correct fuse) and unplug it for 5-10 mins then plug it back in. That should fix your sync issues. It worked for me 👍
Usually the fuse connected to SYNC will be located on the right side, bottom corner of the fuse box. It will have the number 10 on it. Just be careful as there will be a couple fuses around that one labelled as 10 aswell. Best to check your car manual to see the fuse diagram.

@@giova3182 Press the Aux button on the dash until it says BT AUDIO on the screen (top left I believe) then u should be able to play songs via Bluetooth
Why doesn't the Ford company react to this? Can all cars in almost every country have the same problem? With 1000's of people commenting on this and making a video why is no one from a ford official responding to this? I tried everything, even put in a new audio system and changed the guards, but there is no response. It is a great shame to even talk about it in the 21st century, that the company is facing similar issues, which is one plus in the car.

At this point may aswell replace ur APIM computer and upgread to sync 3, big screen new features, and best part is u can diy it to save a bunch, its worth the hastle.
I solved it!!! Just go into interior fuse and quit the fuse 10 related to sync during 10 min (I went eating while staying patient) after I returned and began configuring it from the beginning!! Hope you can solve it
Did you mean, you replaced fuse 10?
@@jenniferherrmann1593 no, I just take it out by 10 min and connect it back after this time and now is working fine, in case you see the fuse is not working just change it

@@johannalouw7522 no, it is located on the cockpit side, you need to remove the car's glove compartment and there is another fuse box

It’s an electrical problem. Make sure your fuses are all good.
Open and take our ur glove box. Behind that you’ll see a fuse box with different fuses. Locate fuse 10 (should be right side bottom corner of the fuse box LOOK AT UR CAR MANUAL TO CONFIRM) unplug that for 5-10 mins then plug back in. That should fix the issues as it worked for me 👍

My Expedition 2016 has same issue and i sent it to dealer in my erea. They checked it and said need new computer for SYNCH

Get to the passenger fuse box and pull the sync fuse out and put it back in again. If this doesn't work, buy a new fuse
I have this issue and I bought a new fuse and it still didn’t help

I can hepl you guys , firs of all Turn off (pull out the plug ) the battery ( accumulator ) and then turn it on again . Ps : inside from car hood . Good luck . I hope i helped you . I did this and it works

Where is the fuse ?
My sync just makes a loud noise. I had to pull out the fuse to stop it. Is there any way to reset it or what do I need to do?
Did you figure it out? Mine did the same, lots of popping sounds coming from the door speakers 😖 even when off and walking away

Ecosport 2015. F14 unplug/replug while engine is off for about a minute. Issue resolved.

take the sync fuse out (number 10) and leave for 10 mins then put it back in and it will work. You might have to repeat it now and then but it does work
