I've had this unit for several winters and I bought a cold weather extension cord from Costco to use with it. It's nice for the light fluffy snow but sucks for the wet packing snow and the big pile at the end of the driveway that the snowplow leaves me. Thanks to neighbours with gas snowblowers for that stuff. Good luck!
That's not snow. What about wet heavy snow or two foot drifts? We had a similar corded single stage snow blower and gave up and went back to using scoops.
I have the Snow Joe version of this and, while it works, I find myself alsahs simply grabbling my manual snow pusher and my snow mover (both made by garant). I also have a bad back and find that it's lighter, faster, and easier to simply push the snow with my Garant tools. I never have to lift anything, i just push the snow into piles, then move the piles into the sun with the Garant shovel/sled thing. Super easy. I ended up selling my snow blower as it's slower, heavier, and a pain to store..
Whoa! Look like the blades hitting a raise part of the sidewalk.. that will most definitely mess them blades up really fast.. but anyway look like it's worth $200.👍🏾🍻
@@YuriTereshyn back problems is the worst.. I'll be 48 in few weeks.. yeah back problems it sucks especially dealing with damn nerves and disc and pulling a muscle in your back can cause serious problems too.. I learned that the hard way.. Sciatica Gang❣️

Awesome great to hear!
I have the Snowjoe that looks like that for my second floor deck, works pretty good for that as long as the snow isn't too wet.

Ya I’m working with what falls on the ground. I’ll test out the heavy wet stuff hopefully tonight?
Love these snowblower reviews!
Thanks for the support!
Watch your back snow, there's a new sheriff on the driveway.
The cord management saps any fan out of this and makes the process tedious. I’m frustrated just watching the video😅
Ok but where’s the fun in NOT managing a cord? Lol
These are surprisingly good. I have a very similar one from home hardware. I use it for my 36 x 10 foot deck.

No fricking way I'm dealing with non pliable extension cords in the winter.
I've got the Yardworks from CT battery powered blower and well worth it without the cords. I have a corded lawn mower and its so annoying.
I think this is made by Snow Joe, there is a 15 amp 21” model available on Amazon for $100 more.
Oh sweet!
I wonder if there is a dc passthrough for the EGO one like there is for cameras batteries..
I have no idea it just came to my mind while watching.
I’m sure there’s a way to build something
You gained a new sub
Thanks!

You barely have 1 inch of snow,,, I was hoping to what it was capable of...
Not much snow this winter here BUT that snow was heavy as hell
No way I would rather run a gas snowblower or a cordless one
Hey! Just showing what it’s like
So much more amps with a corded version of anything.
