I did the Vital proteins for about 6 months and didn’t notice any difference except that I was bloated constantly. Once I stopped the bloat went away. It didn’t do anything for hair, skin, nails or joints 🤷🏻♀️
Thank you for this! I would much prefer getting the benefits of collagen from food than supplements. I was also on the collagen craze for quite a while. The only benefit I got out of it was very shiny hair. It’s very expensive and I’d rather eat something good for me like all the delicious foods you suggested than choke down powder in my coffee. Thank you again for sharing!
As someone living on a plant-based diet, I eat most of these food all the time, although I guess I should be having more green tea! I went through a matcha phase a few years ago and enjoyed it. I don't know why I stopped! I love my black coffee though, and have one or two every day and I can't bear it without something sweet so I recently stopped the brown sugar and started adding agave syrup instead because I was told it's better? Thanks for the great advice!
I drink Bigelow tea bags daily is this a good alternative for green tea?? Thank you!! I have been working on getting nutrients from my food rather than supplements. You share how possible it is and loving all the alternatives!
I don't love Bigelow - I like to drink organic loose leaf green tea (actually all tea). I splurge on tea because I love it so much, and most tea bags aren't super high quality.
💭💭 SERIOUSLY SICK about what could be in these collagen powders❕
💭💭 you’re right 👍🏻 it’s best 👍🏻 to get it from our foods 🤍

Thank you, this video is very useful. I like collagen peptides too, it saved my joints. I have no more joint pain. I used one of European brands.
Can’t wait - everyone is on the collagen craze
I know. It’s so crazy
Great information! Love getting the benefits from real food instead of supplements!
Me too - and less expensive.
I couldn’t agree more, it created havoc in my gut which took months to resolve 🌿
Ugghhh - all things in the nutrition aisle are NOT safe.
Can’t eat cashews or pistachios - what is the next best nut to eat? I eat almonds, macadamias and peanuts, walnuts sometimes..
walnuts and almonds for sure.
Is decaf green tea ok

Everyone is saying collagen is the way to go and it’s expensive too. I personally would buy a good matcha 🍵.
