I agree with the list and as I'm in the UK, me and my mum decided I'm seeing Godzilla: Minus One and she's watching A Nightmare Before Christmas 30th anniversary on December 15th (as we both got unlimited cards at our local cinema) then we both watch Rebel Moon on the Saturday given she didn't want to see it based on the atomic bomb demolishing Japan in real life and that it's not a happy movie and I've seen great reviews on it
Godzilla vs Kong is a really weird one for me as when Kong and Godzilla were both on screen i loved it. Kong getting a fucking axe and it absorbing Godzilla's atomic breath was so goofy yet so awesome at the same time. The in between moments though with the human characters and Kong's side quest to the center of the earth had me struggling to stay awake though. I want to rewatch it at some point though as it mightve just not been a good time for me to check it out given my mindset at the time. Godzilla Minus One is definitely my favorite godzilla film of the ones ive seen thus far, and i really enjoyed 2014 & king of the monsters. Shin Godzilla i have yet to see though.
G14 gets too much hate. Your analysis felt really fair and similar to my feelings on it. The human aspect offered no memorable personal challenge and fell flat. Minus One on the other hand, is Jurassic Park-level good. I was absolutely stunned by how well this movie was made. It’s rare nowadays to see any sort of action or monster movie where the characters actually face a deeply personal issue that also becomes embodied in the form of the monster or challenge that they are facing. This is my favorite movie since Top Gun Maverick and hands-down, my favorite Godzilla film.
My list: Godzilla Minus one: S tier Shin Godzilla: S Tier Godzilla King of the Monsters: S tier Godzilla 2014: A tier Anime Godzilla: C tier Godzilla Vs Kong: D Tier

I hope so!
@@UltimateChance sure is mate
im seeing tier lists putting 2014 in D tier 💀
A sin!
@@UltimateChance *BIIIIIIIIIIIG* sin
Shin Godzilla was def C tier. A tier concept with F tier CGI. All that time Toho was making money they only put up a 7 million doller budget smh
The CGI was a bit iffy at points but loved the design for sure.

The thumbnail gave me a heart attack
I aim to please.
the anime trilogy was NOT that bad.
🫣😬
It was actually pretty awesome.
I kinda prefer shin Godzilla over Minus one
Honestly the pacing of the 2014 film was pretty shit compared to shin Godzilla
Hmmm I'd say the middle def a slog, where's for me Shin Godzilla the ending is a bit of a slog.
