- In this short update I introduce you to Teddy, my new to me 1984 Honda C90.
This isn't just any C90 however, It's one of Mr C90 himself, Ed Marches old C90s 😁
Even if I never get this beast up and running, it's worth it for that reason alone. Really looking forward to this one and can't wait to get my teeth into it.

Great video Chris. Keep them coming. My first farm runaround was a blue C50 and then a TL125 which felt like a rocketship in comparison!

I rode my mates c50 a while ago. It just lit the fire and made me determined to fulfill a boy hood dream.
I ended up couriering in London on these twenty five years ago. I'd pick em up for a couple of hundred quid tops, (or swap the engine for less than a hundred and an hours work if it needed a service and I couldn't be bothered to take the head off. The price of them now though is just insane. North of a grand for a complete wreck.
Ahh wicked that's sounds like great fun to me, but bet it wasn't as Rosie as I'd imagine. It's like with anything though isn't it...as soon as it becomes classic or 'Cult' you get the 'tax'. Try owning a T4 too 🤣. I dont know ow why I do it to myself. 🤦♂️
Chain? I thought they were all shaft drive..
Never seen a shaft driven one myself, but I'm new to them, so don't actually know if they ever made one.
No mate the hondas were chain drive. It was yamahas townmate that was shaft driven.

It will not be eligibile for exemption until April 2025.
Yea I've since read something about tax exemption is a year after its 40th. Since you can't get tax without an MOT, you need an MOT for the extra year as well. Very conflicting info on the dvla website and gov. Website.
What happened to custard?
A combination of battery, starter motor and or starter solenoid......or poor earthing, or faulty regulator 🤣......I haven't had time to deep dive it yet.

@anthonycumberpatch5439 thank you, but its all good. Just got to get stuck in there and diagnose the issue and repair Him. He's due to hit Strata florida and the rest of the Welsh TET this year. Custard is my TET project bike so won't be letting him rot.
