    Good to know you can tailor your efforts depending on feel. I had 3min efforts this morning and had to bail - felt crap about it but will just reduce next time

    Good video Joe. Tip for the eggs.. buy some truffle Pesto in tesco or sainsbury and some lazy garlic.. fry a small amount in oil or butter and add the egg! oooff best eggs you'll have mate. Keep the footage coming! Any ones on what to eat day before and day of RACE day please? .. Egan

    Damn that kale recipe sounds amazing. Kale obviusly is one of the healthiest things one can eat it but it's a bit of a struggle to make it taste good. Will give this a try!

      I had a few snacks which weren’t in there. Nothing massive, but another slice of toast and some dried fruit and nuts. The day before was very easy so didn’t feel that hungry.

    Try this: organic oat milk, 2 bananas, 200 grams of strawberries, 1 pink lady apple, tablespoon of peanut butter, handful of almonds, and a table spoon of cacao. Then blend it all up, you can thank me later 😊

      Welcome and thanks! I had a few snacks that weren't in the video, but nothing massive. I had an easy training day prior to this so wasn't feeling too hungry.

    Great video Joe, going to try out that ‘vegan cheese’..... how much of each do you use to make up a batch, as in what sort of ratio of the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, assuming just a bit of salt and pepper? Thanks

    How many cups of coffee do you drink in a typical day? Seems like a lot

      Way to many mate, probably like 5/6 a day which is why I drink mostly decaf now and try to just have a max of two normal coffees a day, sometimes I’ll just have decaf the whole day. Since switching to mostly decaf I feel a lot better.
