    You definitely need the TM6 or at least TM5! The Varoma makes your vegetables so on point, like you never had before. The Varoma is perfect fit for any plant based diet cooking. So I highly recommend that upgrade to your kitchen! Cheers from Germany 🇩🇪🤙and thank you for all your videos, not only the recipes and kitchen stuff 😉

      Cheers mate, we have the Varoma as well. We got this thermomix as at the time the TM5 was the newest one and the only difference was the touch screen and people told us there’s more chance of something going wrong so went for the older one as the mechanics are the same.

      That's great. After making the switch from the 5 to the 6 I totally agree with your arguments to choose the TM5. Good decision. So you have everything you need, to cook the best fuel for practice and hopefully some races in the near future. 👌

    Hey Joe, ennjoyed the video, will try it for sure. Have a "nutrition" question... I saw you drinking a beer ( belgian trapist) in one of your vid's. Love them as well but where do you draw the line ?

    • @joeskipper91
      @joeskipper91  4 роки тому

      Good question mate, I love a Good beer. I try to only drink on the weekends (fridays - Sunday’s) if I’m going to have one. And I think the limit to how many to drink is as long as it doesn’t affect the next days training. As it gets closer to a big race I’ll drink less.

    They look class, how about putting some of that caramel sauce over the kale ?

    • @joeskipper91
      @joeskipper91  4 роки тому

      Cookie monster you can soak the kale in chocolate which is amazing but works a lot better in a dehydrator. Would be interested in trying the kale with the caramel

    How do you know how many calories to eat in a day? Do you not worry about over eating and putting on unnecessary weight?

    • @joeskipper91
      @joeskipper91  4 роки тому

      J W I have no idea how many calories to eat in a day. I guess it just comes down to experience as I’ve been doing it for years now.
