Burger Kitchen was one of the most evil owners. Stole money from the son, disrespected the son’s partner, talked shit about the chef, and pretended they hated his redemption burger to make him look bad. I don’t blame him for losing his shit.
That episode made me so unbearably mad im glad the dad atleast came around in the second episode but the mom was a bitch THE WHOLE TIME. When she fell asleep after ramsay arranged for customers to come spend time in their day to give constructive criticism i was losing my shit
100% agree, they’re horrible parents and people. To force your only son to finance your shitty restaurant is terrible, but to then disrespect his wife, just unbelievable. They are the definition of parasites, and would’ve likely ruined his entire life & future, had Ramsey not stepped in.
And they never even fully delve into the fact that Alan's father was basically the Australian version of Meyer Lansky...
If I was the son, I would've walked out of that restaurant, with my wife, and never looked back....
Its mental Gen really needed to be checked into a Home and Alan was a scam artist to his own son
The fact that the editor included "Chef Mike" in the getting fired comp is absolutely hilarious.
Hes was a very dedicated employee..
@@Hankshaw47very responsive and obedient. Never complained as well.
Chef Mike is the admin of this channel. He found his true calling. Warming up these spicy compilations.

@@Hankshaw47 💀💀💀💀
Imagine inviting a world-class chef to your restaurant to help fix things, and you turn down a dish he makes you 😐
The epitome of arrogance from that first cook.
Anyone right mind person would kill to taste chef Ramsey’s cooking I know i would, it’d be the most delicious thing ever to eat.
The only time you would refuse a dish is if you have an allergy (fish, especially). But to turn down the opportunity to eat food made by a Michelin award winning chef FOR FREE, I'm taking that chance. Main problem is that Doug was a lazy slob with no kitchen standards.
@@SouthJerseySamiirc, he even keeps and eat food that's supposed to be trashed days ago, reheated and everything
@@elliotmay7571 Yeah that guy was a slob to the end
That burger chef was 100% justified in his anger.
I can't imagine the hell it was working for that couple. And even though the son is the one that fired the chef, the parents are the absolute scoundrels here.
@@RedfishCarolina Were. Alan Saffron is dead.

Fr! I don’t blame the son for firing the chef (he’s the bigger victim of his own parents anyways) but man that chef needed to quit anyways
@@RedfishCarolinathe son is an idiot for letting his ego make his decisions.
A very well qualified, and professional chef, fired over a bruised ego. How pitiful does someone need to be shoot themselves in the foot like that.
@@RedfishCarolina Maybe, what the son did was set him free....
The fact that the first chef missed the opportunity to taste the food of a worldwide famous chef. I swear some people are just ridiculous
Watching Ramses throw the microwave out the window was freaking precious😂😂
@@michaelberger8990 damn I knew the ancient Egyptians were advanced but I didn't know they had microwaves!
For free too!
Idk there are plenty of "chefs" and "cooks" out there with that exact same attitude. It's one of the reasons I want to get out of the game. Even at the higher end, it can be VERY hard to find chefs that actually care for their craft. Most are just in because putting up subpar food is easy and it's a decent paycheck, especially when putting up that kind of shit food requires ZERO mental effort and can be done on reflex and autopilot alone. Just wasting away until they die with nothing accomplished.
It might seem like im being dramatic but any chef with a respect for their craft and has worked their way to the higher end establishments knows exactly what im talking about.
@@TheAlexC my dad was a Michelin star chef, while growing up I learned a lot from him...., my old man was just as much of a hard-ass is what chef Ramsay is..... You got to have the passion and love for your work
David didn't deserve it. He was a genuine chef who managed to impress Gordon, unfortunately we got wackos at the top
At least Alan is now pushing up the daisies.
They didnt deserve him, he managed to get out, he was honestly the lucky one there
the owners were insane but that doesnt excuse david, you shouldnt talk to your boss like the way he did plus instigating most of the arguements he and jen had over the two eps
@@smilesxo06to be fair to him, respect needs to be earned. He wasn't shown any by anyone, so why should he respect them?
@@smilesxo06i think you forgot that they stole 250k from his son without his permission and without him knowing making them dragged their own son to their business, being forced to cook shit that is expensive when you know it can be delicious and not expensive but they wont let you (for years), making you look bad worldwide (this is too another reason why they call Kitchen Nightmare, to put the chefs in shame, based on why wife smiling when Gordon bashing him but glad he got a comeback), legit trying to pull off a "comeback tomorrow for your money, i know you wont come tomorrow, so your money for me"
It’s really baffling to me that everyone had this attitude of “we can’t fire Cassemiro he’s a friend” and yet no one thought “how could he do this to us he’s our friend” he allowed his terrible attitude to almost sink his friends business.
You've got a good point, what kind of a friend just phones it in like that?
The fact that two owners sold up and he stayed on as chef is telling. Never employ friends or family it's just bad for business.
To them, he was a friend, but to him, they were just a paycheck.
Tatiana was a horrible owner. She couldn't make any hard decisions.

I don't blame Chef David or the daughter in law Wendy for their actions. Those Burger Kitchen parents were some of the worst people that have been on the show
I don't think anyone does

Wendy was literally fighting for her man's sanity! The parents stole his inheritance and had him stuck in that hell hole of a restaurant!

Those Burger Kitchen owners are some of the most evil and disgusting human beings I’ve ever seen. How do they sleep at night knowing they steal money from their son and treat him like he’s worthless? And they had the audacity to disrespect Gordon Ramsey of all people as if he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Those people should not be anywhere near a kitchen, let alone running a business! I hope wherever their son is, I hope he’s doing well.
I was honestly surprised that episode didn't end with Gordon leaving. The place was completely insane and had no right to keep running.
All Alan does is sleep now considering he’s dead
@@BlueHero45I don’t think he would’ve told the son to keep going if he wasn’t gonna lose money on the restaurant, but they were so far in debt Ramsey probably wanted him to at least break even before getting rid of the place
Even when Gordon told him about his own dad and how he regretted the way their relationship ended, I was silently hoping Daniel didn't take his advice. I'm glad he eventually sued his parents. They absolutely deserved it.
Apparently the father comes from an Australian mob family so I'm not surprised they treat people like that
Chef Mike literally never left his station and always did what he was told. Definitely didn't deserve to die such a violent death by Gordo's own hands

Seriously, imagine the dread you'd feel knowing Gordon will be critiquing your food.
If you know what you're doing, you don't need to be nervous.
I'd be curious to get his opinion on some things I've cooked as a total *amateur (*compared to actual cooks/chef)
Cooking at home for the last few years has really expanded my cooking abilities.
8 years ago I would have never thought I'd be making "blackened tilapia" or "spring rolls" with rice paper... Or even stuffed peppers on Halloween, with little faces carved out to look like jack-o'-lanterns 😅
They ask him to come in and do just that. If they don’t want his opinion, they shouldn’t ask for it
7:00 You know what else is disgusting? Stealing money from your son, treating his girlfriend like crap when she calls you out on it, and disrespecting your chef. That's what is disgusting.
Burger Kitchen had the worst owners since Amy's Baking Company. And even after the main owner passed, I'm sorry but I have no respect for him or his horrid wife for how they treated their son, his girlfriend, their chef, their community, and the business. They never should've taken the son's money in the first place and he should've avoided them once he had the inheritence prior.
His father was a notorious criminal here in Australia and that inheritance was the proceeds of crime.
@@ariadneschild8460Isn't that the history of Australia anyway?

I always felt so bad for David. He was genuinely passionate about cooking and cared about the staff, but those two incompetent owner's pushed him to his wits end. He gave them so many extra chances and they continuously screwed it up. Idk where David is now, but I hope he's working in a kitchen that actually cares about their workers, and he has a much better work environment.
David is working at Misson Inn Hotel for the last 11 years as an executive Pastry Chef!
Why wouldn’t the chef try Gordon’s food, I’d be licking the plate off clean if he cooked for me 🤣🤣
I would be scarfing it down like it's my last meal.
Arrogance. Many chefs believe they are God's gift to our mortal palettes, we should be thankful for them gracing our tastebuds with such culinary miracles.
When a real god of cooking comes along, they're frightened and defensive.
"Casimiro, are you gonna cook?"
"No."
Bro if you're not gonna do your job, you're gonna get fired.
I don't even think Casimiro cared at that point. It sounded to me like he realized the free ride was up at that point and he would actually be expected to do work from there onward and he was like: "Nah, I'm good, just go ahead and fire me."
The whole emotional manipulation thing was just him running on auto-pilot, I think.
We need to start a petition to ask Gordon himself to put the Kitchen Nightmares guy in charge of the Hell’s Kitchen channel too
I do not understand how the owner of Charlie's can be so rude to all of the other members of her staff, but has an emotional breakdown having to fire the one person causing her business to fail...
Hurts to fire the man you're having an affair with apparently
@FreeFalling2d ...you got any proof to back that up? Or you just talk shite as you feel?
@jacobevans489 brah it's posted in so many comments sections 🤣

Yeah, because internet comments are incredibly reliable and trustworthy
say what you want about the man but refusing to try Ramsay's food is stupid on so many levels
The title guy CANNOT be fired for making an accurate description, accurate title, and accurate thumbnail
Ok.
I had no sympathy at all for Tatiana. Her mother and sister put so much money into that restaurant for her, and she cared more about her incompetent chef than them potentially becoming homeless.
Because of her white savior complex
A weird part of that episode for me is that once Tatiana finally fired the guy and got over herself with all the crying it was her mother and sister that were upset and disagreeing with her getting rid of him.
He was rehired soon thereafter
@@darcyedward6325 I didn't know that, but I guess it doesn't surprise me since they closed down very shortly after. I heard a lot of it had to do with Tatiana going back to her old ways.
@@allisonlee6298 that did transpire and it was mummy and sissy that came to the rescue once again, I don’t believe they are open today
The guy was literally nicknamed Buzzard they all knew he was stealing and didn't care.
I’m surprised that the whole kitchen staff was not fired at the end of the episode for their disrespect, lack of quality control and negligence behaviour (especially towards theft)
Lela was way too kind and the staff took advantage of that! Also the executive chef was a total joke, every time time he opened his mouth I cringed a little
The Casemiro one is for me very satisfying. The smugness on his face when he was told to leave. Rotten man.
6:32 “he’s the one that needs a so called Prozac, I don’t even know what it does” tells me she definitely take Prozac 😂 it’s like the dude getting arrested who goes “drugs?!?! what is drugs???”
"Drugs?? In the Ronald McDonald??"
David was fuckin great. Walks out calling them methheads
Lol. Loved that guy.
And the drug comment was completely true. What's not shown is the parents although having their own issues didn't want the son to waste all the money on drugs.
Gordon usually takes the side of the staff and talks about how management is running the business, so for him to say that the chef's are a problem he really means it.
"It's time for a 360"
then you would be right back where you started with the same chef.
'"biggest decision you've made since your father died" a bit too much but brings the point across lol
I heard the father in burger’s kitchen passed away some time ago. I really hope that the son is doing well now, and even if not, I hope he distanced himself from his toxic parents.
I'm surprised you didn't include Katy from Amy's Baking Company - all she did was ask if an order was correct, and Amy just abruptly fired her for no other reason other than that she was pissed and she thought Katy was questioning her "authority" or some asinine BS.
Katy was a server, not a chef. This video is about chefs.

Shame that the Oceana episode is still stuck in legal nonsense. That one has to be one of the most powerful firings in the series, or at least of that season. The way that Moe the co-owner does a complete face-heel turn and goes off on someone he used to trust was justified and enjoyable to watch.
