Isnt that sara the one who stole tips from otger wait staffs tables though? Shes being sung as a hero in the comment but im sure i remember her stealing tips.
Yo... what?! When did that happen??
Sara was feeling devilish that day and I'm all for it. 👑
I love how he’s so kind and almost protective of the waitstaff. him standing up for the waitress not getting tips seemed like a genuine anger
Because it is. There was one chain restaurant that used to be really big in my country, but then the news ended up revealing a scandal that the entire chain was keeping the tips for the waiters, on top of psychological abuse.
Add on to a political outburst that resulted in riots everywhere, and then the pandemic, and they never recovered. It's sad too, because their food was pretty good.
Customers can complain to a waiter/waitress when food is shit, but even they understand that they're just trying to do their best, and the second they hear a scummy boss is depriving them of their right for tips, oh they riot
In US waitresses literally live off tips (not a joke) and even though Gordon is Scottish I’m sure he understands the struggle having worked in American restaurants. Without tips most waitress’ incomes are unlivable.
Most waiters aren't making livable wages _with_ tips.
That genuine anger, shut down that restaurant. They absolutely tanked after they fought Gordon every step of the way.
It was dishonest

‘Don’t speak to me like I’m a villain”
Two seconds later
“I’m the gangster not you”
Sara could EASILY make ten-times what she makes waitressing just base-level modeling. She is GORGEOUS.
Also, I love how Gordon was genuinely amused by the 'Chef Mic' line.
@19900frenky no she didn't.
there is nothing more attractive than the smile of pure glee and vindictiveness she gave after being questioned about the ravioli recommendation
Everybody's admiring tf out of Sara but what about Pat claiming to be the general manager when he's really the bus boy
I love him 😭😭
He’s the buss boy 😂 not the bus driver… that means he busses tables. He clears dishes off of tables and brings them to the dishwasher
@@NaomieTat oh my bad thanks
The owner acknowledged his role as general manager therefore he IS the GM as far as I’m concerned
@@NaomieTat wasn't sure if you were right or not, turns out it's one s, but no space.
Definition of busboy
: a waiter's assistantspecifically : one who removes dirty dishes and resets tables in a restaurant
“Why would you recommend the seafood ravioli Sara?”
Sara: 😈
I loved that episode so much. Holy shit. 🤣
Haha shes like the joker shes chaos I love her I can't stop laughing
Absolute legend. I hope she's doing great, wherever she is, whatever she's doing now.
This is the first time I've seen the emoji actually match
The fact that my name is Sara.......
The girl who recommended the bad seafood dish then when the owner asked why she did that and the smile on her face was fantastic.
Sara is the definition of a Chaotic Good main character. Love it.
“I’m really hoping he doesn’t get the seafood ravioli. It’s not good”
Waitress 5 secs later: “We have seafood ravioli, the special”
Gordon: “I’ll take it”

I hope that waitress got a way better job. If someone is willing to give her 10 dollars she had to be good at her job and she deserved every penny.
No... as I understood it, he's saying "don't talk like you're the dangerous guy because the dangerous one here is me"
@@LaughterCigar Guess he's not just bad at his job, but he's bad at grammar too.
Sara's smile when she was asked about the ravioli was priceless.
As someone who has worked in the food service industry on and off for the better part of a decade I absolutely LOVE how Chef Gordon treats all the hard working wait staff with absolute respect and actively fights for them. When he stood up to that asshole manager and his wife in the beginning for taking their waitresses tips I stood an applauded him.
THE SMILE WHEN SARA IS ASKED "why would you recommend the seafood ravioly". SHE REALLY SAID :)
Yea she rlly said 😈😁edit: holy water guys thanks for the likes, the most I’ve ever had :) OMFG I’ve just came back to this, genuinely means a load to me 😭😭

Amy: "I don't allow people to have an attitude in my restaurant."
So, why are YOU there?
I wish more business that act like this where the Owners are the worst part of the job don't deserve to succeed.
I love this comment lol.
was she trying to keep that server there after she FIRED her?
If I was a waitress, and Gordon Ramsay came to eat at the restaurant, I'd probably die lol. I'd be so starstruck, my heart would probably malfunction.
It’s really nice that Gordon is so sweet to the waitstaff. It lets his true personality show through.
"Good tips?"
"I don't make tips."
"...Say that again??"
[ RAMSEY'S GENOCIDAL TENDENCIES VISIBLY INTENSIFY ]
I think you mean 'homicidal tendencies'. Genocide is where you try to wipe out a group of people because of their race, religion, nationality, etc., such as the Holocaust.

Everyone is talking about Sara, but what about the waiters’/waitresses’ smiles of relief when Ramsey told everyone to take off their badges. It’s wholesome in a way.
hi, may I know why it's a great thing? I find it wholesome in a way too but I don't really understand the significance of it.

mostly chain restaurants have name tags, but it's pretty hated because people will be weird about now knowing your name.
