- Would you say "YES" to free vegan groceries? 🤔🌱 We challenged random shoppers to try one recipe from the @plantyou cookbook! If they accepted, we bought ALL the ingredients for them AND gave them the cookbook for FREE! 😋🎉

Great book! I use it often. The young woman who wrote it hails from very near me. I haven’t got her second one yet (Scrappy Cooking). Soon though. I went vegan 6 years ago at 65, and lost 75 lbs and got off all but 1 medication. Kept it off too. 🇨🇦

Awesome, congrats!! 🌱💪 Yes, you should take vitamin B12 and I would also recommend taking omega-3s in the form of algae oil. I use and recommend a brand named Sapling. Really any quality B12 will do.
