Finally found a great vegan chef with techniques. This was delish, used cremini. Had to estimate proportions as many not given, added the plant beef. Cauliflower sauce has a great flavor, but not cauliflower, sauce useful in many dishes. Thrilled to find Chef Sarno.
love your stuff mate. Have started working with and shredding king oyster mushrooms regularly for all sorts of dishes after watching your vids so thanks a bunch for that. This looks like a really good comfort pasta to add to my repertoire :)

Not that we oil free vegans care cause we can just sub with our milk of choice, but in case u actually wanted to be oil free for that meal, just wanted to let you know that oatly has oil in it. oatly has 1 low fat version (white color) which is oil free. But regardless, thank you
I just decided to make an OF mushroom stroganoff off the cuff last night. Give it a try with roasted zucchini and a spoon of cornstarch in place of the cauliflower 😍
Looks amazing! I can't wait to make this. The pasta make a healthy change than serving on a bed of mash. Tesco's here in the uk are selling mixed Smithy's/Tesco Finest mixed mushrooms at the moment so which I think will be fantastic with the rainbow coloured mushrooms on the pasta. I also love the Wicked Kitchen Moq au Vin from your ready meal deal range.

can you make a playlist of easy to make meals? Everything here needs avocados mushrooms and a blender. I sometimes do eat mushrooms but not many. I'm trying to eat vegan but I just can't find any healthy recipes that don't require odd ingredients and a bunch of kitchen appliances.
Looks like the cavatappi from Banza. The whole line is amazing. It's high protein, has added veggie powders, and taste delicious! I think I got mine from target and it was close in alignment to high quality pasta prices

This looks amazing! Would you consider doing a mushroom recipe for people who don’t have a gas stove? You really can’t use cast iron on a glass top. Also, TECHNICALLY this recipe isn’t oil free, since Oatly has canola (rapeseed) oil in it.
Is this the same guy that makes the recipes for the Wicked microwaveable meals they sell at grocery stores?! They are UNBELIEVABLY NASTY! WICKED GROSS!!! WHO IS THE PERSON OVER SEASONING? They throw tons of basil and hot pepper on everything!!! The flavors are strange and unfamiliar combinations without enough salt/acid! DON'T WASTE YOUR MUNNY LIKE I DID! YUCK!😠😤
