STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BISCUIT INGREDIENTS:
►2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more to dust
►1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
►1 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1 tsp salt
►5 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold, diced
►1/2 cup cold heavy whipping cream
►1/2 cup milk, cold
►1/2 tsp vanilla extract
MACERATED STRAWBERRIES & TOPPING:
►1 1/2 lbs strawberries
►1/4 cup granulated sugar
►1 cups heavy whipping cream
►1 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry shortcake... There are few things I love more in life. It's so light, sweet and fluffy. I think they named Angel's Food Cake too hastily. This dessert is HEAVENLY.

I have made Natasha’s shortcake and that from bon appetite by molly baz and i can tell, that I loved the amount of butter and the crusty edges and cookie/cake taste of Natasha’s shortcake. But I loved how molly baz adds lemon to the strawberries. I totally agree with the ingredients Natasha used but I loved the technique of molly baz.

I was asked to make a strawberry shortcake for a friends wedding rehearsal and I am going to make this I am so exited but I've never made strawberry shortcake before but this does not look to hard. I have made many of your recipes and all of them are amazing. I'm so exited to try this.

I made this today and added blueberries and one drop of each red and blue food colouring to the whipped cream to make colorful ribbons for my Fourth of July theme dessert.
