    what I've noticed : heel elevation, leaning forward, leaning towards one side more , foot turnout .

    So I'm thinking if the feet go out when doing a squat, which can happen because of the hip. I would think you can try widening your stance just a little bit, and see if it helps prevent your feet from pointing outward.
