    Hi, great video, very helpful! If you have a client that lacks from depth just as here, would you always keep placing those plates under his heels during the regular training workouts? or would you work on achieving more flexibility so he can squat lower without using the plates at some point? Thanks !

      Hi Laura, great question! We would recommend working on improving the client's ankle mobility while also using the plates as long as necessary. It's important to understand that due to past injuries or structural differences, not all clients may be able to increase their mobility to that level. So, your goal should be to always to work to the best of the client's ability.
