I think these are things we used to do during our school days - polish the shoes, check that the uniform is ready, sharpen the pencils, ensure that the books required according to the next day's time table are already in the school bag, etc. These days people have become used to procrastinating things till the last minute, something which starts as soon as we enter college as per my observation.

100 agree with all points. It makes a HUGEE difference at work when you make your bed first thing in the morning and keep your room clean. Another thing that helps organizing powers to work for you is the to-Do list. And lastly, dressing up quickly. For this, I have a color code for each day, so I do not have to spend hours thinking what to wear and what to match w what. LOL.

I practice intermittent fasting for 25 yrs now (since high school), I don't eat breakfast. I only eat something in the morning if I'm hungry which is 10-11am. I didn't feel those coz I do my yoga with an empty stomach. I think it depends from person to person 🙏💜

I follow the first four suggestions but don't really spend time on the 5th (planning your day). I’ve always had a very disciplined morning routine. That’s y I usually perform great at work. But since I wake up late, I have very less time to schedule for personal growth in the morning. Hope I can someday wakeup atleast an hour earlier than I usually do. Then I can give some time to my personal growth.
I almost do everything mentioned here except for workout. I workout in the evening. I actually wake up before alarm and turn it off. I make my bed immediately after getting up. I drink honey lemon water. I don't use my phone after getting up ( I used to but changed a while ago). 😊

I follow the first four suggestions but don't really spend time on the 5th (planning your day). I do plan what tasks to do in the office but apart from that, on a personal level I don't think much about what should be done. I will try inculcating this habit as well and hopefully it will help make my day better !

I’ve always had a very disciplined morning routine. That’s y I usually perform great at work.
But since I wake up late, I have very less time to schedule for personal growth in the morning. Hope I can someday wakeup atleast an hour earlier than I usually do. Then I can give some time to my personal growth.

I almost do everything mentioned here except for workout. I workout in the evening. I actually wake up before alarm and turn it off. I make my bed immediately after getting up. I drink honey lemon water. I don't use my phone after getting up ( I used to but changed a while ago). 😊
Even I like to workout in the evening... definitely not a morning person
