This will most likely happen around 2030. After that, Russia will control the majority of the earth for 42 months (the West, Europe, Asia Minor and Africa, but not the far east). 2 Peter 3:3-13 3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.” 5 *For this they willfully forget:* that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, 6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. 7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. The Day of the Lord 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; *both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.* 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. Isaiah 65:17-25 17 “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; *And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.* 18 But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, And her people a joy. 19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying. 20 “No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days; For the child shall die one hundred years old, But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed. 21 They shall build houses and inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit. 22 They shall not build and another inhabit; They shall not plant and another eat; For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people, And My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. 23 They shall not labor in vain, Nor bring forth children for trouble; For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord, And their offspring with them. 24 “It shall come to pass That before they call, I will answer; And while they are still speaking, I will hear. 25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox, And dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” Says the Lord.

I know Venom was a goofball in the early 90s and his humor would contract with contrast with Spider-Man's humor, but he was still intimidating and a threat and the humor was more twisted than just being juvenile. Long gone are the days where he used to balance humor and scares or just be a horror monster like the Ultimate comics or Spider-Man 3. Now he's just a pathetic shell of his former self. The dance scene is the cinematic equivalent of: ua-cam.com/video/LEm3YKbvdwY/v-deo.htmlsi=sXEEOftHvJIFqfw5 Venom suffered a lot over the years on the big screen but this was the final nail to his coffin until the MCU does something with him. (Hopefully.)
Mary Jane had straight-up PTSD because Venom broke into her apartment and threatened her in a really weird rapey way Venom should be way more self-serious, like he is in the comics; Venom is a goofball in the old stuff BECAUSE he takes himself way too seriously and always tries to be the scariest dude in the room(while actually being a goofass who scarfs chocolate cake while doing bench presses and thinking about their ex-boyf- I mean archnemesis
In my opinion, there are two kind of Childrens movies, those that are made for the family, with actual thought on the plot and characters and that follow a theme to teach everyone something, and those that are made, Exclusively, for children by constantly jingling keys at the kids, not caring if what they are showing its either somewhat educational or even moral.
When you put running up that hill over the venom death scene it actually began a stir of emotions in me- crazy what a little bit of investment in continuity can do
This film had the most heart of the 3 films, which annoyed me because there's a good story in there somewhere. But Filmento is right, everything else about the film is for 10 year olds.
Even if it was only 2 seconds of soundtrack, I love how Filmento always has some reference to Tom Cruise or Mission Impossible. 👌🏼❤️ Is like a game and I have to spot them.
The SSU is dead & if they're planning for a reboot (which is not a good plan by the way for a cinematic universe full of villains) they will most certainly still continue the *Venom Franchise* because of the immense Box-office success.
Sony could've killed it if they brought Knull as a post credit scene in the first movie. Eddie dies by Riot and the symbiote resurrects him, codex created and Knull is alerted. Keep Carnage in the second movie and add the knull monsters chasing Venom for the codex. By the end of the second movie, Knull gets free and that's how it ends. 3rd movie is the final battle between Venom with the other symbiotes vs Knull. Maybe pull a marvel move and bring in all the characters from their sonyverse to battle Knull.
The best way I can describe this movie is: If in Infinity War, we got a Monologue from Thanos saying his whole master plan and we follow the avengers fighting the animals that invade Wakanda (not the Black Order, just the creatures) and some of em die only for Thanos to appear in the end and say he’s gonna be back in the after credits scene Shitty ass movie, not even funny bad it was so boring
Sony’s No Spider-Man Universe really was like a turd in the wind. Also, Will you ever cover Godzilla Minus One? I know you presumably haven't covered a non-English film on the channel, but I believe it’s worth it. It includes your advice on creating great monster movies and features strong human characters, which many monster films lack.
Venom is one of my favorite marvel characters so I was super hyped to find out he was getting his own movie. The first two didn't come close and I didn't expect this one to either.
So venom can do just about anything it decides that it wants to do except for the one thing that it should be able to do which is create replica clothing. So now Eddie and Ben have to knock out an innocent person and steal their tuxedo. Awesome.
Sony just cannot get anything right when it comes to superhero movies. Not a single one. It’s like they have a specific team out untalented, out of touch old people who make all the decisions for their movies.
The difference between Sonic 3 and Venom 3 is I'm gonna remember the former for the rest of my life; I'm going to want to talk about how it made me remember how the Sonic franchise became large part of my life when I really got invested with the series after playing Sonic Adventure 2. Whereas with Venom 3, it's like an amusement park ride; I'm gonna enjoy it for the day before moving on, the next morning.
I actually enjoyed the movie based on the dumb fun it showed, and the fact I like Venom as this goofy and yet very lethal monster. I loved the dance scene, because it's: fun and goofy. So I was ready to watch this video and bash on it, but you hit the mark on every point ! And I now realize it was my expectations for dumb fun that made me ignore the VERY obvious flaws this movie has ! And tbh, maybe that's not a bad thing to just disconnect our brains and enjoy everything we have. (Would've loved a serious sequel tho but can't expect too much from Marvel nowadays)
Venom is definitely a main character, writers these days just really mess things up which at this point seems intentional cause no way they keep making these same mistakes
Venom is the best of the Sony verse mainly because Venom has had successful solo projects beforehand without Spider-Man. And the rest I don’t think so without Spider-Man being a “villain” (kraven, superior Spider-Man)
When I seen Agony coming to Fortnite, because she was going to be in the movie, I was very excited, whole movie was waiting for her to show herself alongside the other 3 foundation symbiotes but low and behold, she ended up being used for 5 seconds at the very end. I still don’t know how we’ve gotten to this point in media where a movie about a VILLAIN is supposed to be made and the end product is the character(s) not being being villains but they do heroic acts or are posed as “antiheroes”. Let’s be real, they’re not antiheroes, they kill or fight already established goons who fight for the actual bad guy of the movie.
Omg the first movie came out in 2018!!! i remember it like it came out 2 or 3 years ago what is even time man
I appreciate how clinical you are here, and the ideas are delivered with the understanding that silly, dumb movies aren’t inherently bad, but they can cause problems that need to be understood, so that when they happen, they’re chosen with an understanding of the consequences. Kudos.

1 John 2:15-17
15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world-the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life-is not of the Father but is of the world. 17 *And the world is passing away, and the lust of it;* but he who does the will of God abides forever.
This movie will not even be remembered in less than twenty years. I'm going to give you a little heads up: After Trump turns the US into a fascist regime (ironically, he will do so in the name of God and Country), Russia will destroy it in a nuclear attack. This will most likely happen around 2030. After that, Russia will control the majority of the earth for 42 months (the West, Europe, Asia Minor and Africa, but not the far east).
2 Peter 3:3-13
3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming?
The Day of the Lord
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; *both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.* 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Isaiah 65:17-25
17 “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth;
*And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind.*
18 But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create;
For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing,
And her people a joy.
19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem,
And joy in My people;
The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her,
Nor the voice of crying.
20 “No more shall an infant from there live but a few days,
Nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days;
For the child shall die one hundred years old,
But the sinner being one hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 They shall build houses and inhabit them;
They shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
22 They shall not build and another inhabit;
They shall not plant and another eat;
For as the days of a tree, so shall be the days of My people,
And My elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labor in vain,
Nor bring forth children for trouble;
For they shall be the descendants of the blessed of the Lord,
And their offspring with them.
24 “It shall come to pass
That before they call, I will answer;
And while they are still speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together,
The lion shall eat straw like the ox,
And dust shall be the serpent’s food.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,”
Says the Lord.
Ten year olds deserve quality movies too
Kids are LITERALLY our future. They not only deserve quality culture, we actually have to give them quality culture (if we value humankind and want it to progress, that is)
When I was 10 I got Tron: Legacy, which is still my favorite movie of all time.
Children deserve better than Venom 3
Anatomy Of Tom Hardy's love for money... And Avi Arad's lack of creativity

It's actually the other way around
Avi made first three Spidermans. So I gotta give him credit. But since then he been slipping and now it's like I'm sure the world changed since and gone a lot softer with everything so I bet people around him influence production. Still. Like if you don't know what to make a movie about read some comics and pick a story there plenty material in comics that was never animated or filmed.
I love venom and I can't hate on this movie but it's definitely not the best.
@@art2103 Laura Ziskin made the original trilogy what it is, not Arad
In fact, after she died during the production of TASM1, Arad had TASM2 all for himself

I take solace in the fact that these movies earned less with each film.
Nothing different from the other films in this experiment, just that this series lucked out by generosity from overseas and marketing that told another story compared to the film itself, and it rode the high of that ever since, to the meagerness of just being "successful" compared to the other films which have all bombed.
You literally make the ending more memorable. Well done as always. I want the song edit btw
My God, they actually made a plot point of the one thing Venom doesn't need to do, which is steal clothes. The Symbiote IS a living suit that can adopt any form!
Love your video's Filmento. Would love to see you one day tackle the SAW movies. I know they have a reputation for torture porn but I think when you do look into them with a more critical eye you can find some stuff to appreciate about it's characters and story.
Goodbye, Sony Spiderman Universe. You were a bad idea that nobody wanted, and nobody thought would work and ended as almost everyone expected. A complete and utter failiure.

My jaw dropped at the dance scene, like I was embarrassed just watching it.
Unfortunate. I love the idea of symbiotes, but they totally mismanaged Venom when they didn't need to do so.
Completely unrelated to the topic, but I appreciate your use of Placebo's cover of Running up the Hill. I heard it in high school, forgot about it, and then was baffled by this "new" song on the radio a few years ago by a singer named Kate Bush...only to realize not only was I behind on Stranger Things, I had a big blind spot to some quality 80's music.
But I still really love the Placebo version, his voice adds something so haunting to the lyrics.
Thanks. I was wondering what the song was.
The dance scene is the cinematic equivalent of: ua-cam.com/video/LEm3YKbvdwY/v-deo.htmlsi=sXEEOftHvJIFqfw5
Venom suffered a lot over the years on the big screen but this was the final nail to his coffin until the MCU does something with him. (Hopefully.)
Mary Jane had straight-up PTSD because Venom broke into her apartment and threatened her in a really weird rapey way
Venom should be way more self-serious, like he is in the comics; Venom is a goofball in the old stuff BECAUSE he takes himself way too seriously and always tries to be the scariest dude in the room(while actually being a goofass who scarfs chocolate cake while doing bench presses and thinking about their ex-boyf- I mean archnemesis
Bro.. even imagining your concept at 11:43 and watch through 12:39 makes me sad already... so brilliant
I heard he's deeply insecure... so keep that praise comin'!
The symbiote doesn't need to externally communicate info to it's host. The symbiote can mimic clothes. Venom can fly, just make some wings.
When you put running up that hill over the venom death scene it actually began a stir of emotions in me- crazy what a little bit of investment in continuity can do
I think there is more Knull being a villain than there was of Spot and Spiderman 2099 combined in Across the Spider verse.
This film had the most heart of the 3 films, which annoyed me because there's a good story in there somewhere. But Filmento is right, everything else about the film is for 10 year olds.
The villain's name in swedish is literally "A fuck"
Even if it was only 2 seconds of soundtrack, I love how Filmento always has some reference to Tom Cruise or Mission Impossible. 👌🏼❤️ Is like a game and I have to spot them.
that's inception's theme, but i get what you mean
The SSU is dead & if they're planning for a reboot (which is not a good plan by the way for a cinematic universe full of villains) they will most certainly still continue the *Venom Franchise* because of the immense Box-office success.
The amount of eyerolls for this movie gave me an aneurysm.
Please do one of these videos for Kraven soon! It's what this awful Spider Man adjacent universe deserves!
Is going to be long
Just because is the ENDGAME of Sony universe
I didnt see the movie is fun to watch ?
Sony could've killed it if they brought Knull as a post credit scene in the first movie. Eddie dies by Riot and the symbiote resurrects him, codex created and Knull is alerted. Keep Carnage in the second movie and add the knull monsters chasing Venom for the codex. By the end of the second movie, Knull gets free and that's how it ends. 3rd movie is the final battle between Venom with the other symbiotes vs Knull. Maybe pull a marvel move and bring in all the characters from their sonyverse to battle Knull.
As a Swede i find the name Knull very entertaining
It makes ’Knull fans’ and ’Knull is best’ extremly funny for us. 😆🤣
The best way I can describe this movie is:
If in Infinity War, we got a Monologue from Thanos saying his whole master plan and we follow the avengers fighting the animals that invade Wakanda (not the Black Order, just the creatures) and some of em die only for Thanos to appear in the end and say he’s gonna be back in the after credits scene
Shitty ass movie, not even funny bad it was so boring
It’s the worst venom movie too
Ducktales S1-3 > Marvels Phase 1-3 to Endgame. Not because that version of Marvels was bad.... but because Ducktales is just THAT goddamn good
Sony’s No Spider-Man Universe really was like a turd in the wind.
Also, Will you ever cover Godzilla Minus One? I know you presumably haven't covered a non-English film on the channel, but I believe it’s worth it.
It includes your advice on creating great monster movies and features strong human characters, which many monster films lack.
the actual best godzilla film to date
14:42 "Wie cool ist das, bitte?" I choked on my midnight snack - didn't expect to hear German here.😂
The venom movies always felt like they were made for a particularly fortnitey crowd. Not my thing.
I dont know why they thought that they could handle the B and C list Spiderman characters when they fail so hard with the A list ones. 😂😂😂
So basically Disney plus shows disguised as a Sony film, gotcha!
writers couldnt even keep all the symbiotes alive longer than 10 minutes 😂
Venom is one of my favorite marvel characters so I was super hyped to find out he was getting his own movie. The first two didn't come close and I didn't expect this one to either.
The Null part literally looked like a teaser trailer for an RPG game, or an opening cutscene to a game
Incredible video, I loved every second of it
It's been less than 10 minutes since this was published and it's a 18 minute video
I honestly expected the bit about the "lyric learning" to be a segway for the sponsored advertisement.
god even that 'running up that hill' idea would've made this movie so much better
Let's all just be glad tom hardy can finally go on to do other better roles. He's genuinely too good an actor to be doing slop like this
Id say the ending is the only highlight of the movie
So venom can do just about anything it decides that it wants to do except for the one thing that it should be able to do which is create replica clothing. So now Eddie and Ben have to knock out an innocent person and steal their tuxedo. Awesome.
Sony just cannot get anything right when it comes to superhero movies. Not a single one. It’s like they have a specific team out untalented, out of touch old people who make all the decisions for their movies.
MERRY CHRISTMAS, FILMENTO!!!
Bruh how did u explain this so perfectly,It almost seems like u were the only one sony needed to perfect the movie
10 years old deserve so much than this, tbh
They took something that coukd of been sooo good... and they shit on it
I actually enjoyed the movie based on the dumb fun it showed, and the fact I like Venom as this goofy and yet very lethal monster.
It shows what happens when you make a trilogy of a popular Spider-Man villain and you don't have Spider-Man in it.
Venom is definitely a main character, writers these days just really mess things up which at this point seems intentional cause no way they keep making these same mistakes
Venom is the best of the Sony verse mainly because Venom has had successful solo projects beforehand without Spider-Man. And the rest I don’t think so without Spider-Man being a “villain” (kraven, superior Spider-Man)
@@markuss4133 box office yes and compared to the rest of the Sony verse yes
Be thankful spedy isnt in this movie to be made a fool of.
The opening really does highlight how unhinged the world seems since COVID
When I seen Agony coming to Fortnite, because she was going to be in the movie, I was very excited, whole movie was waiting for her to show herself alongside the other 3 foundation symbiotes but low and behold, she ended up being used for 5 seconds at the very end. Phage, Lasher and Scream were nowhere to be seen.
Don't forget about the shoes! Very very important detail about the christmas badge ladies shoes! Super important detail we need to remember! Really zoom in on them so we know they'll be important later!...
The amount of disrespect that this movie made towards venom is just sad
Placebo cover in this video. Hell yes.

I love how you make a joke about them ending up in Vegas "somehow" but there is an entire sequence of the movie between these two points which explains exactly how they got there
4:16 to answer, yes. Knull is stronger than Doctor Doom, Thanos, and 90% of all Marvel characters in the comics.
At least till the next villain of the week shows up, claiming to be _"Da Stronkest Evarr!"_ - funny how that seems to work in comics, huh..?

I said this to my friends after I saw this film and I'll say it again. This movie can be summed up as, Eddie and Venom travel from Mexico to Area 51, and then the movie ends. Whole lotta nothing happened throughout and I was so bored the whole time.
While it might seem like a Fun Popcorn Film, who am I Kidding this was Still a Horrible Bad Movie and I watched this Garbage 3 Freaking Times and Never Again, I can’t let go on how Sony Wasted an Opportunity to put Venom with Spider-Man and how they got the Symbiotes Completely Wrong, no longer does the Venom Movies get a Pass from Sony, not after how much they wasted the the idea of Marvel Characters fighting Symbiotes, I’m done Saving Sony and their Spiderless Abomination.

That is still subjective.
What's objective is whether the movie makes a profit or not.

I can't wait for your review on Sonic 3
They should have had Sony Knull explain his backstory in a prelude comic.
I gave up on this movie after 2 minutes
Anne and Dan were just forgotten but they should have had a wedding in Vegas that Eddie wanted to visit and through events related to attending, that's how they learn they're wanted. Ties up the Eddie x Anne romance and gives them a reason to meet Mrs Chen and others.
This movie is best example of braking rule "Show don't tell"
One scene that I felt was really god tier was when Rex figures out the way to stop Knull was kill Eddie and he literally shoots him with zero hesitation
No big speeches, no waiting with gun, no bs just straight up shoots him.
