@EverythingPS5Pro welcome brother, very Interesting info about input lag, which surprised me, I play street fighter 6 so input lag is crucial, keep up the good work 👏 🙌
Hey man love your videos. So is it better to run it like this at native 120 rather than run at 60 and do your 144hz interpolation trick? The thing that you showed in the other video. So if games have a 120hz support is it better to just use that? And only use 144hz interpolation for 60hz limited games?
Definitely! Run 120hz native signal and turn off VRR on console and on TV and make sure HDCP is disabled on console aswell. ALLM must stay on! I don’t recommend the use of motion interpolation at all honestly, its a cool and fun trick but its not to be used with Multiplayer games 😁❤️ Thanks for telling me that you enjoy my videos, got me happy to hear that my friends are having fun watching what I create 😁❤️ But at the end of the day its your tv, do with it what you please 🥰
@EverythingPS5Pro Thanks man. I just got my 55" C4 a few days ago so I'm still adjusting to it. I was playing Doom Eternal and was wondering if I should use interpolation or just native 120 but I'll use native then. Also would you ever begin to use a PC with the TV? I'd be interested to see what kind of stuff you come up with on PC. I have both PS5 and a gaming rig connected. But keep doing what you're doing man love your energy and hope your channel continues to grow!
@ Native 120hz definitely! 😁👍 Thank you soo much!!! 🥰❤️ I currently have my pc rotting away under my bed, and I don’t see myself going back to it. I absolutely hate Win10 and Win11 🥲
VRR does add latency and on VA panels it even causes ghosting, flicker, duplication. On PS5 is especially worthless because it only supports 48hz min and 120hz max but most games are either 30hz or 60hz locked anyway, a range which is already covered by the Vsync Triple Buffer all games use by default. Use VRR ONLY when a game supports 120hz and fps is erratic.
In games were triple buffered v-sync is a thing vrr lowers latency a lot, however in games were its double buffered v-sync or locked 60fps engine side the VRR might be better to turn off for better input lag. In 120hz games almost always its fine to have VRR disabled atleast in the Pro console, because of the GPU headroom 😁 Also VRR only adds ghosting and duplication artefacts on cheaper display technology like LCD and MiniLED, LG OLEDs don’t have ghosting, trailing or duplication. Some say it has flicker but I’ve never seen any flicker and I have a trained eye for this kinda thing. So yes your totally right 😁👍 VRR is to save the cheaper display users and games with enough poor performance to cause visible screen tearing.
You don’t. Atleast not from the PS5 menu video settings, if the devs choose you can still play in that mode in-game but that only works in some games like Callisto Protocol as of now and its at 6K downsampled to 4K.
So when i use vivid mode , i must use hdr of sdr ? I am using the ps5 pro whit Oled c1 and use everytime 120fps ( al under 120 makes my screen stuttering , self uncapped 60 whit vrr on ) , i can not moré go under Thé problem whit 120 fps is that my screen look washed out and less Colors
If your gonna play PS5 with 120hz signal you gotta go Limited/Limited on the tv and the console to fix washout 👍 You can also not use Vivid Mode on C1 for Low Latency Gaming, I recommend using Game Optimizer for LG C1.

I always use boost no matter if its 120hz or 60hz content, and then I swap to Vivid mode 😁👍 its 200nits~ brighter then Game Optimizer and has less ABL.

@@daddictionmusicYes!
