The SFFD chief should be fired for trying to sweep this case under the rug. This is a criminal case like any other. The aggresor should be fired too and face justice. The victim must sue the SFFD.

fire fighters pull up in the middle of the night back from a call and two came out swinging at each other
also saw same insedent with LAPD also coming back from a call at 2:30 am and where two cops yelling at each other almost ready to swing
this have been going on lately where first responders will have arguments in the middle of shift and they pull up in alleys and dark streets at night and square it off the grid

No one deserves this, regardless of the circumstances BUT no one knows what leads up to this in the first place.
(1) Provoke not to wroth....(2) Two wrongs cannot make it right. (3) H.R. must have known what was Brewing that leads up to this. (4) WHO FEELS IT KNOWS IT. (5) I personally know of someone that has been going through systemic issue with their City Job, tired of complaining to H.R and Union no one takes the complain serious but blame the individual, co- workers chips in with their little sarcastic remarks jokes and giggles. Well the situation didn't go this far, but the individual became the laughing stock of the department that demotion was next, then mental issues, then they were fired for not performing duties...
AFTER THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS FIRED AFTER 15 YEARS THEY HAD A MENTAL BREAKDOWN, LOST THEIR HOME, FAMILY THEIR SELWORTH, TURN TO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL. TOOK THIS INDIVIDUAL 3YEARS TO STAR RECOVERY AND STILL TRYING.

It happened off duty so they have no say in it.
It is a court matter.
That would be like two KGO-TV employees fighting when they are not at work and one gets arrested.
And then everyone blames KGO-TV when they had nothing to do with it.
Not true! Certain types of off-duty behavior have consequences at work, and violence is one of those. Not to mention, the suspect knows the victim through work, the suspect used city resources to obtain the victim’s address and used a piece of city equipment to beat the victim. Clearly a work issue concern for the employer. Anyone who feels otherwise is as bad as any command staff members who encouraged the victim to drop the charges. SFFD needs a serious house cleaning.

This was a premeditated felony assault. He used city resources to get the victim’s address for non city business. This is why the city agencies are a joke. The victim should sue the city, the SFPD and the Mohamed in civil court. The city got deep pockets and a long history of protecting problem employees like this!
