YAYYAY another new Design Inc. and one I hadn't seen before!🥰 OH WOW 'tis a good one. Starting with challenge...after challenge... after challenge.... whoa, SO many disaster-moments to handle. But Sarah, Kate & Jeff made them ALL work out (even the complex's nonsense with them). The concrete ceiling and the floors are my fave choices they made... they look awesome (!). I could SO see those rooms even in today's showrooms, yes!?! Shows Sarah & Design Inc. really do create great, timeless designs. (Thank you once again, ABODE!🤩)
That red couch is excellent. So many little tables in the living room - I hope a couple of them nest together to free up some floor space. Over all, it’s a great space for a really nice guy.
I love this show. This one turned out fabulous. I wish i could have this team design my place. I love the concrete ceilings and the red couch . Most of all how the kitchen didnt cost a fortune. They always. make everything look good. And when it comes to remodeling kitchens. I do believe they are the best design team in the world.
Jeff is such a mensch. The design looks great: concrete ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel surfaces, red accent wall, red couch, menswear fabric accents. I would not have chosen such a densely red area rug, and the banquette fabric is too whimsical.
Wow, that HOA board! Following a chemical flood, they do everything possible to add insult to injury! Shame on them!
It’s typical of them, unfortunately. I hate mine 😂
9:37 when the pink tulip drops a petal, as the news that the paint store closes in fifteen minutes

Good lord. The kitchen cabinets didn't need to be painted.
Chemical flood? What chemical and from where?
Acid and from God
Daft condo board.
I hate that red---don't get people's attraction to it---looks like dried blood/ketchup; just disgusting!
