At first, when they showed the before and after I thought - It can't be the same apartment in any way - But yes, it is the same, and they haven't even changed the layout, my head exploded.
This was so well thought out and designed. I loved all the clever use of space and just some of the original features put it. Definitely one of the best transformations i've seen!
What a transformation. I love bringing the kitcken cabinets all the way up to the ceiling. Usually when builders leave that space people don't know what to put there or they collect ugly junk. This gives storage and a nice look
The feature wall in the bedroom is the cat's pajamas. The bathroom reno is a keeper. I doubt the small desk in the main room will replace the entire office that was eliminated.
This condo looks really warm and modern - sometimes you get one but not the other. Also, this looks totally livable for a family of 4 with all that storage. Looks amazing!

The fact that you have created a home in a limited space which is not traditionally perceived as a family home. It speaks to a growing trend in this age of unaffordable, single family homes, is amazing. It takes vision and innovation to do that! And you did it!!

Incredible reno. Lots of great ideas to barrow. The cabbage patch very trendy as green having a moment but I’m not sure on that. Love the angled wall solution, brilliant, and the banquette and the continuation of the fireplace wall to hide the bathroom door.
I really loved this stylish and immensely liveable transformation. I especially loved the dining banquet, kitchen colour and height, wall sconces, bathroom, problem solving, colours and natural light ambiance. Well done.

This is absolutely beautiful - I'd love to see floor plans somewhere in these videos as it'd be helpful for my brain to visualise the space better - do you ever think about incorporating those? Either way it's a stunning space and I love it!
This is a beautiful transformation. The couch angled in the old pictures vs how much seating was added was a surprise, a very pleasant surprise. The bedroom wall sconces being off centered was absolutely beautiful. Especially going with the angled lines of the wall they were on. This condo looks amazing. However, i would like to know more, because the gaming chairs are now gone, and the 4 different computer screens disappeared. So where did they go? Where will they go? Because as of now the dinning room table or the island could become a wreck. So i would like to know how that mess was integrated into the design and considered when changing that office into a desk with no computers.
part of the mess is being addressed by the floor to ceiling storage in both boys rooms, as well as the new storage columns near the tv and dining table. They can still play video games on the main tv. The office is definitely trickier since it's in a common area but possibly the kids are old enough to be in school all day now, or the parent is back in the office most of the week.
Beautiful work! Some designers are truly artists. Can’t imagine anyone not wanting to live or to feel comfortable living here.

Thank you. You're right, the kids were heading back to school so we were able to eliminate the office room and give the kids separate bedrooms :)

Great question! Any office work if at home will be at the small desk in the main living area, at the island or kitchen table.
