The 80s are hot again right now, imagine if this movie got re-released in theaters
Terrible music terrible fashion, i wish people would just get over the 80s already.
@@Atl-jv1kw HECK NO, it looks the most fun and it needs to come back!
Buddy said 80s are hot again right now 😂😂
@@Atl-jv1kw So clearly you were a 60's baby lol.
@@Atl-jv1kw Theyll say the same thing about your generation.
This remains my best Adam Sandler movie. I have watched it many times.
😆 me too
Same here! 😁
same here… incredible film
Any Adam Sandler movie is amazing. My personal favourites are CLICK, the wedding singer and the longest yard or 50 first dates
Punch Drunk Love
An unbelievably hilarious movie with a ton of memorable moments in it. This is arguably one of Adam Sandler's best movies that he's been in over the years.
I’ll take your word for it
The old woman singing at the end is sooo cute and precious haha aw
The song is called rappers delight btw
IKR 😆
A movie based in the 80s, brings back memory's of the late 90s for me.
Not really that surprising considering it came out in the late 90's..... I'm sure if you take someone who's a kid today and show them Stranger Things in 20 years they'll think of the late 2010's/early 2020's and not the 80's decade that they weren't alive for lol
That doesnt even make sense. It's like the quote in the black panther scene in anchorman. Sixty percent of the time , it works every time.
Such a good movie. I love Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore so much, their chemistry is amazing and I love their movies. This one is good but 50 first dates will still always be my favourite
This is better than 50 first dates. It's not even negotiable. I have decided your wrong because I am right.
@@stevenlupanko2983 I respect your opinion. This is good too, but in my opinion 50 first dates is my favourite. It’s okay to have different opinions as long as we respect each other’s opinions
What about blended
@@TheCoachsid6161 I like Blended too! All three of Adam’s and Drew’s movies are good. But 50 first dates is still my favourite. I hope they do more
@@chelsey1087 till then we got Aniston
2:01 I'm dead 😂😂😂
"The Wedding Singer" is a heartwarming film that never fails to uplift spirits. Adam Sandler showcases his genuine talent both as an actor and a surprisingly adept musical artist. The memorable scene where he serenades Drew Barrymore on the plane is guaranteed to evoke emotions and perhaps even bring a tear to your eye. It nostalgically transports viewers back to the simpler times of the 90s, a period cherished by many, yet one that can never be relived.
Great movie... I can watch it over and over again. Love it.
Drew Barrymore is so enchanting
My first Adam Sandler movie!!! "You spin me right round baby, right round, like a record baby, right round, round, round!"
ok
Ok
Ok
1:52 was just hilarious bc I love it when Adam Sandler gets mad and starts screaming at everyone in public and doesn't care if he embarrasses himself in front of ppl lol 😂🤣🤣👏👏🙌❤️
The soundtrack of this film was awesome 👌🏾
When this movie was released in early 1998, the beginning of the 80s wasn’t even 20 years ago, and the backend of the 80s was like a stone's throwaway. So if filming was mostly done in 1996/1997, we are talking about getting super nostalgic about a time only 7-12 years prior. I remember thinking it was odd, even back then. Today that's like doing a nostalgia film about 2006-2015.
The 70s, 80s & 90s were very distinct from each other. I can remember my parents going to 70s themed disco nights in the late 80s/early 90s.
I think in the 21st century things take alot longer before they become nostalgic or retro. We are now in the 20s and nostalgia for the 80s is still more popular than any other decade.
Hell, second half of Boogie Nights took place in 80s and that one came out in 1997.
People were already nostalgic for the 80s in the late 90s and still are to this day with tv shows like stranger things.
@@Wasev That was different. Boogie Nights felt like a retro 70s movie, which was popular in the 90s, that happened to end in the 80s. It wasn't an 80s specific nostalgia move the way The Wedding Singer was.
Although the difference was barely 20 yrs apart, but it seems like a couple of decades apart. Probably because the distinct vibe between the two decades. Especially when this movie was released in 98, we were closing in to 2000. Everything changed drastically especially during the internet boom. So yeah, its quite distinct especially the fashion and style in those days.
@@welshcowboy306true that’s a good point
I just finished watching it...I love it so much! Drew is so cute and so sweet...and Adam Sandler rocks!😍
My wife after watching this trailer: “we just watched the entire movie. Looked good but no need to watch it now.”
Trust me - there is a TON not shown in this movie. Sure you can guess the gist of it, but there is so much substance in the middle its hilarious!
i vaguely remembered this from my childhood & im so glad i found it
It's 2023 and this movie is still an absolute ACE. :)
Have this one on vhs,one of my favorite 💚
“Rhythm to the boogie the beat"!!!!! yessss Grandmaaaaa
Favorite movie ever!!
I am watching it right now. It's been a while. Good movie!👍👍👍
I've had the blues, the reds, and the pinks. One thing's for showwwaaaahh! Love Stinks!
My favorite Adam Sandler movie because his character is not a complete buffoon.
🥰🤣 the granny at the end so damn cool!
Beautiful movie, I love costume design in this movie
Grew up early 2000s my dad made me watch stuff like this all the time movies like this and Wayne’s world are some that stuck with me
This has to be the best romantic comedy ever made.
This was the movie that made me became a huge fan of Adam.
My favorite movie of all time
With all the movies they have done together I'm surprised they never actually got together!!!
I know right, they have such good chemistry and they look so good together. They would be the perfect couple. Hopefully maybe they were together in real life and won’t ever admit it or something. Or if they really weren’t actually together, I hope sometime eventually that they can end up together
I think things happened 🤔, but they were very discrete
one of my favorite movies
I like Drew Barrymore films. I have on DVD
50 first date's
Blended
Charlie's Angel's
Charlie's Angel's full throttle
Donnie darko
Et the extra terrestrial

The wedding Singer
My one weakness is the WEDDING SINGER. Really.
Happy 25th Anniversary!
“Hey Psycho, Get out of My Van Halen T Shirt, before you jimx the band and they breakup."
Silver anniversarie of this great movie
We watched four of these movies but one of them we didn't see the ending the first time....
0:01 that's what he said in the trailer... before social media.
I Love this movie!!
It's awesome 😍

1:54 LOL
I always cry alot watching this 😁😂
Why?
@@mehecker I'm a diehard romantic
Such a great movie 💝🎤💐
One my favorite movie
My favorite love movie
Bruh, mid 80s nostalgia in '98. That's like playing on 2005 nostalgia in 2018.
such an underrated Sandler film
The best of the best 👌
Pearls of wisdom
It's a wonderful movie
Such a great movie 👍
By far the best Sandler movie
Like how old trailers actually tell u what the movie is rather than just saying random adjectives about it.
Quién la ve en pleno 2021😳
Adam Sandler was 32 when this movie was made
Cherish your precious lives, everyone
I love this movie
Im living on a prayer 🙏
Look at that hair! Adam!
I just realize he has the same character in all his comedy movies except when he’s not the main character
My favorite Movie I was born in 1985 😂😂
he's so cute :)))
So are u 🥰
Has anyone got the link of this movie to download
Can I hire the little old pink lady as my wedding singer? 😂
Adam sandler was so charming, likable and funny in this movie not like Grown Up, Zohan & Thats my Boy where he is just himself and he play a dumb guy
He was restrained in this movie except for the parts when he was angry that Linda stood him up at the altar. When he was playing his guitar singing his hate/angry song, that sounded a lot like his "Denise" sketch on SNL in the early 90s.
this was on tv the other night amc i think
We need to see Robbie and Julia in 2025. So make it happen!!!
Watching ATM.. 😀❤🏡
I have a cousin who sings at weddings.
Hmm, I don't remember any of these scenes. I heard someone reference the Van Halen T-shirt scene on YT the other day and had no idea it was from this movie, or maybe just the trailer.
It’s Alan and Charlie Harpers mom at 1:39
1985
The Wedding Singer
Set in 1985, Adam Sandler plays a nice guy with a broken heart who's stuck in one of the most romantic jobs in the world, a wedding singer. He loses all hope when he is abandoned at the altar by his fiancé. He meets a young woman named Julia (Drew Barrymore), who enlists his help to plan her wedding. He falls in love with her and must win her over before she gets married.

Love this movie and soundtrack. 💙
I would NOT fall for a cheating loser like Glenn. I'd rather find someone funny and amazing like Robbie Hart.🎞🎹🎼
Good, fun movie but the trailer gives too much away
Please
Imagine being nostalgic for 2014 lmao
👑
Julia Gulia
Lol they had cellphones and internet in 1998 hahahah
Steve Buscemi is the best part.
"Oooh I like her"
Name of the song that starts at 1:15?
Der Kommisar by After the Fire
I would have sworn it’s the original Version by Falco.
Everybody - what’s the trailer song 1.30
Song 0:36?
Always Something There to Remind Me by Naked Eyes!
That's the whole movie......bad trailer lol..
i disagree
Kahi pyar na ho jaaye
He looks like john travolta in this film
Adam Sandler does? Maybe the face and smile, but I don't recall John ever having a mullet.
@@kyliepollert8341 didnt he have one when he was in Welcome back Kotter?
@@victoriavasquez4911 Yes, but his hair wasn't really curly, like Adam's.
Definitely was forced nostalgia since things werent different enough by 1997.
Not true. By 1997 mullets were outdated, synthpop and new wave were dead, the internet was fairly commonplace, cassettes were a dying medium and CDs became the standard, baggy clothes were the main trend etc...
It was already different from the 80s.
Worst trailer for one of the best movies ever
Every month, Dyl Caleb stinky, pay, diamondz
The smiths 1999
*Well I have the microphone and you don't. SO YOU WILL LISTEN TO EVERY DAMN WORD I HAVE TO SAY!*
Chaka Khan doesn't sing ladies night it's Kool and the gang how ironic though you'd think a girl group would sing a song like that but nope
Who got here thanks to Hazbin Hotel ?

Ephesians 6:12
New King James Version
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against (A)principalities, against powers, against (B)the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
2 Samuel 14:17
New King James Version
Your maidservant said, ‘The word of my lord the king will now be comforting; for as the angel of God, so is my lord the king in discerning good and evil. And may the LORD your God be with you.’ ”

Romans 6:10
New King James Version
For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.
Romans 4:4
New King James Version
4 Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.
Psalm 57:6
NKJV
They have prepared a net for my steps;
My soul is bowed down;
They have dug a pit before me;
Into the midst of it they themselves have fallen. Selah
Psalm 56:5-7
NKJV
5 All day they twist my words;
All their thoughts are against me for evil.
6 They gather together,
They hide, they mark my steps,
When they lie in wait for my life.
7 Shall they escape by iniquity?
In anger cast down the peoples, O God!
Revelation 16:6-7
For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
And You have given them blood to drink.
For it is their just due.”
7 And I heard another from the altar saying, “Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”
Matthew 24:7
New King James Version
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
Isaiah 24
New King James Version
Impending Judgment on the Earth
24 Behold, the Lord makes the earth empty and makes it waste,
Distorts its surface
And scatters abroad its inhabitants.
2 And it shall be:
As with the people, so with the priest;
As with the servant, so with his master;
As with the maid, so with her mistress;
As with the buyer, so with the seller;
As with the lender, so with the borrower;
As with the creditor, so with the debtor.
3 The land shall be entirely emptied and utterly plundered,
For the Lord has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away,
The world languishes and fades away;
The haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants,
Because they have transgressed the laws,
Changed the ordinance,
Broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Therefore the curse has devoured the earth,
And those who dwell in it are desolate.
Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned,
And few men are left.
7 The new wine fails, the vine languishes,
All the merry-hearted sigh.
8 The mirth of the tambourine ceases,
The noise of the jubilant ends,
The joy of the harp ceases.
This basically spoils the movie
Every trailer back there is like this, cause you know. Minimum information that you can get. No smartphone, slow internet so yeah.
I remember this one. One of the whitest movies I ever did see.
so glad I watched the trailer! looks like total crap.
