iPhones: "This Folder is Empty" on Windows Computer/Laptop? FIXED!

I show you how fix an iPhone that is connected to a Windows Computer, laptop or PC yet when you open windows explorer and tab apple iPhone its says, "This Folder is Empty". Hope this helps.

Hi all! My phone doesn’t have “reset location and privacy” the two options are scary looking. I have… mhhh 21,000 photos I want to transfer right off my phone onto a 2 TB harddrive. I don’t want to wait… like a day and have nothing happen. Is the reset option necessary cause all it says is “folder is empty” and nothings thinking, there’s nobody home, lights are out. I need some help if anyone has any suggestions for me on my crazy transfer adventure…
