yes just need to wait and it actually worked I'm cackling, my phone was just too full

This does NOT work. I can see the phone in Explorer, but there is no "internal storage" listed so I can't get to the DCIM folder. I've been trying to get this to work for longer than I care to admit. I should just be able to plug it in, drill down to the DCIM folder and transfer things off of the phone to clear up space. Nope, not happening. All drivers are up to date, but still nothing. Any thoughts?
I want to know the solution too, my mum also had an iphone and she just plugs and sees everythng, why is mine so bugged. I have 11pro but had the same problem with 6 but back then folders usually showed, they also used to show on 11pro but sometimes they disappeared when I tried to download file larger than thr remaing empty space but now the folders just DON"T SHOW AT ALL NO MATTER HOW LONG I WAIT :(
@@skyfitsheaven7393 I didn't get an answer as you've seen. This is some major B.S. IMO. This is my wife's 8s and it's pretty much been a problem since day one. I have an Android phone, and I simply plug it in and do whatever I want. The "Wait" thing is also B.S. Hours and NOTHING. I personally think Apple is ridiculous in every way. And to be honest, they have always been that way. AND, I've been in the IT business for 26 years. It blows my mind. Good luck to us both!!!!!!

@@VivekSharma-nu4cg when you are using itunes there is a little eject button and when you press it should load up all the photos from your iphone
@@yasuounforgiven7 idk if you got it yet but what worked for me was, open file explorer with iphone plugged in, select the view tab on the top, double click options, and scroll to find "view hidden folders" and make sure that it is enabled. ive been trying to transfer my photos for months and finally got it by doing that
