Good review. I miss my imiev. I was regarded as a total loss after I got into a front bumper collision. My car insurance paid me for it. They said the parts to fix it cost more than the value of the car. I nearly bought another one, but I chose a Nissan Leaf. I hope that Mitsubishi updates the car.
You should be hypermiling- not using regen unless going down a steep hill to maintain safe speed. You're better off coasting to maximise range, not trying to recoup lost energy. The sums never add up.
I'm in southwestern PA. Thinking of one of these cars but I usually buy 4 wheel drive due to heavy snow hear and the mountainous terrain. So how does this car handle the snow? Also, I remember the Yugo and in Michigan a woman's Yugo was wind-lifted off a high-level bridge because of the Yugo's lightweight. Would you feel that this car is weighted enough to not be affected in this way?
Why do electric cars have to bee so ugly and child-like...???. (Have they not heard of Tesla.???...They actually make great looking cars !!) I really want to buy an electric car at a reasonable price, - but I am not willing to be humiliated in public.

They look really small from the outside, but, once inside, they feel very spacious
