All feedback welcome.
It’s always nice to see Starfleet Museum ships get some love and recognition.
Yeah, they’re all great designs. May do another
The ship is *beautiful*. Can't beat that Okazaki aesthetic in my books. I would watch the heck out of this.
Yeah that whole museum needs a show
Very very well done!
Man I tell you some of the fans put so much work, dedication, and love into these short films is absolutely incredible.
Absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed
This looks like the title sequence footage to a new series too me :-) Seriously though great work, the transition from the Deadelus Class to something approaching the Constitution I Class is very well done and believable IMHO.
Thanks, glad you agree. The Starfleet Museum ships are all great designs
I love these Starfleet Museum films
Good, more to come
It's nice to see the old Moskova class schematics manifested into a cinematic model.
I downloaded a model version of this ship, back in 2014, for the Star Fleet Command 2 PC game.
ah i miss that game. Spent hours and hours downloading new ship models
According to the museum, the name and number make her a Gagarin class.
I must admit when I first saw the ship I didn't like it but the more I looked at it the more I started to like it. There is just something interesting and different than the canon version ships, you really did a wonderful job.
Thanks, and thanks for your previous comment. I was working on the assumption that the Federation would control space without having explored it, much like the US controlled East and West codes without fully exploring the country in between :)
A TV series of this ship and her crew please Paramount. Great work Chris!
Thanks for watching and commenting
How amazing would that be. Episodic, only one or two cliffhangers per season.
Lessons taught subtly and meaningfully, not slapped in your face at warp 9 and not given justice.
Sign me up.
I laughed. I cried a little. But mostly I longed for the past of a future that has yet to be. For heroes of a future yet to come. Boldly stepping into the vast undiscovered country.
Turns a mostly odd looking ship from starfleet museum into a gorgeous work of art. That looks like a fully functional starship? I approve!!
The one thing I absolutely appreciate is that you place so much time and effort into your craft for us, the fans, and never ask anything in return shows that you are an individual that understands the ideology of Star Trek. Thank you so much for giving us these amazing gifts. May you Live long and prosper and have Peace and long life 🖖🏼
Well, thanks. I get much out of it and these videos have helped me to greatly improve. This channel will always be free

You are so very welcome 🖖🏼
2024❤❤❤ ITS MAKING ME CRY😢😢😢😢❤❤❤
Nooo, don’t cry
🖖😎👍Very cool and very greatly well done and executed in every detail way shape and form provided on the U.S.S. Yeager and adding in the U.S.S. Daedalus was very nice as well, And all the fly by scenes were very spectaculary well done indeed Sir!👌.
Thanks! More to come
This was utterly gorgeous all of it and the best part is for once the ship does not get jumped. No filthy cabbages, no slobbery klinkers....just pure exploration footage! Who do I need to bribe with gold pressed latinum to get this one in sto?
Went light on the explosions this time
@@chrislea1000I appreciate that, it really allows the fed to do what they do best, boldly go.
I love the Yeager, please make more.
All the great angles we got to see, there should be more of that, like the ship on the side of the screen and going by upside down, true space not many people do that, very well done.
Well thanks, glad you enjoyed it
Nicely done
Like the ship design and good job on the music.
Quality works as always, and always nice to see Masao's designs brought to life.
Excellent
Stunning work. Thanks for the Daedalus. I've got a soft spot for that design and it's wonderful to see the changing of the guard done so beautifully. ❤
Many thanks - glad you enjoyed
The new century would start New Year's Day, 2201.
Nice work.
Probably ment that their mission will take them into the new century (as in they will not return before the new century has well and truely started)
Technically correct. The BEST kind of correct!
This is flippin awesome!
WOW THANK YOU, bravo, I could watch your stuff all day
excellent intro. excellent voice over. beautiful ship scenes.
it could use a few empty starfield shots, to breakup the ship scenes. maybe more time on the empty starfield before the ship enters the shot. imo
Thanks for the feedback and watching
WE'RE GUNA START EXPLORING ❤
Well done!!
That was an amazingly awesome ship and I would love to see a series on this.
Beautiful. So nice to have a celebration of exploration rather than another battle scene...
Very Nice. I love to see all these fanfilms with older Starfleet ships in them.
Wow. Just beautiful. Really, just beautiful.
Beautiful
If only the other Yeager got this much love.
Truly breathtaking!
would love to see this as series as full eps and a set
The Gagarin class is one of my favorite SF Museum designs. Thanks for letting us see her fly.
You never, ever, call another ship 'an old bucket' to another Captain. Unless you're insulting them. Only the Captain of that ship can do that. :P
Epic stuff 🖖
Thanks
She’s gorgeous
I love it! I really like the Yeager design, nice to see it out and about. Can I offer little bit of constructive criticism - one of my roles is science advisor to creators as I have a physics background? At 3.10 to 3.15, where we see the Yeager over a world with two moons in the sky, from ground level. It's a beautiful shot, but there was one thing my internal science advisor was bugged by: Those two moons are up beyond the atmosphere, so they should strictly speaking be 'blued out' - i.e. their lit sides a bit faded and blue, their dark sides nearly the same colour as the surrounding sky. This is because we'd be looking at them through about 100km of atmosphere - if you look at long distance photos of mountains, distant islands, etc: Past about 20-30km the more distant objects are visibly blued out .
Anyway, that's my work related compulsion purged, great work as always!
Well thank you for that, you certainly put more thought into it than I had copy and pasting two moons textured spheres. I will wrap that feedback into future videos
I'd know that voice anywhere, that sounded just like the guy who plays Tuvok?
Nope, but not a bad guess!
Very nice. Love the look, vibe, audio
I wish I could see your designs in a serie or movie one day, yours are awesome, a excelent work
Love the special effects of this film ❤.
Love it! 🖖🏿
Glad you enjoyed
Very nice and relaxing to watch 😊❤️🖖🎉
Well done. More please.
More coming
Beautiful work
Thanks
COISA LINDA 👏👏👏
Vida longa e próspera para todos nós 🖖🖖🖖
Worthy, as ever!
Wonderful detail!
Thanks, I may render out a model view
Nice.
The camaraderie was very 60's. The visuals were gorgeous.
Thanks for watching
Good extrapolation from the Horizon, very reasonable design jump. Well done.
That was beautiful and respectful
How can you control vast swathes of unexplored space ? If it is unexplored then you don't control it. You can't control something that you have never even visited ! Still a good video.
Beautiful Job:)
Thanks, and thanks for commenting
Fantastic as always.
I think Masao would approve of this.
I love this ship - nice nod to a great site... Do a Valley Forge.... as she might look with the old tech removed during refit....
I’ll add it to the list 😀
OK looks like a nice intro for a longer series enjoyed the music score and really think the early days have not been fully explored and if done right would be a rich area of stories..please go there!
This was excellent!
Great job!
I’m a grown ass man, and I teared up. How is that possible… that a few minutes of glory shots can give more of a feeling of Trek than 5 seasons of Discovery, or any dystopian dimly-lit stuff SecretHideOut have churned out?
Cause in this one. This is of exploration and discovery.
In Discovery. It was during a war with the klingons and later the far future with the rebuilding of the fallen federation.
In picard. The Federation went more militeristic due to events after the horbus supernova and the following events after didn't really change that belief in more militeristic ideals to much.
Strange New Worlds however is brighter and the ships interior harkens back to classic trek and is after the Klingon War and brief issues back to a role of discovery and exploration but it keeps some of that hint of darkness and danger which isn't a problem cause space is dark, dangerous and unforgiving if your not careful
lovely stuff!
Nice design of something after the Romulan War and before the NX class got commissioned.
Awesome.
So nice to watch very creative and def sense of pre Kirk vibe really nice:-)
Glad you enjoyed it
@@chrislea1000 I really did the models are very creative and look appropriate for that time. Watched few more today from you all great:-)
Magnificent. I really want to see more of these ship designs. Do you have a website or an online gallery?
Yep, chrislea100 over on DeviantArt. Download what you need
@@chrislea1000 Thank you!
Totally Wunder Baugh!!!!! Epic beyond Expectations. The Starship Class / Moskova was nicely done not only in detail, but the background CGI was likened to tasty eye candy. I cannot seem to remember if this class of ship was armed or not... would like to see it fight some pirates, pointy eared devils or some hot - tempered Klingons.
All these years I've watched and listened to the opening line about going boldly......Only recently I learned according to canon those are the words of Cochran AND NOT KIRK although of course we first heard him say it on TOS.
Nice video! Subbed!
I appreciated the Daedalus class in there.
Another one with ships travelling through hyperspace instead of at warp.
i love this so much! =/\=
Nice ship design. In between NX and Constitution Classes.
It is a travesty there's not a good Star Trek series on tv right now that exclusively uses your starship designs.
Ha, that's very generous
Very nice retro design! Bit like a proto-Constitution class.
"Did he say strap in or strap on?"
so how can you control something that is unexplored? seems like a contradiction in terms.
In the same way the US controlled the continent of America before exploring the bits in between East and West coast I was thinking
The Engineering section varied in appearance too much, sometimes it looked quite short & blocky, other times it looked very long & slim.
I think that's just perspective, the dimensions are the same throughout. Thanks for watching
…is that Sea-quest music at the start?!
It’s from the Starfleet Academy game from a long way back
I CAN ONLY HOPE IM AN ELDER ON ONE OF THESE SHIPS ❤❤❤❤
Does it ever bother you that your incredible work will never make it to the TV series?
Better than the JJ Trek!
Oh dear.
The old girl is lookin a lil puffy.
spacebattleShips yamato a,d2199iya!?
