All these years I've watched and listened to the opening line about going boldly......Only recently I learned according to canon those are the words of Cochran AND NOT KIRK although of course we first heard him say it on TOS.

This video is amazing. I just have a hard time with these one nacelle ships.

The Discovery design would have benefited from a more TOS influenced design then that bronze colored spinning saucer design used on the show. The USS Indiana looks much better than the Discovery in that respect.

Holy moly the flybys look incredible. I wasn't sure how I felt about the redesigns to the romulan chowder but the new wing positions make it look so much more menacing, and they look even better in motion

I love the Ron Moore BSG framing and pacing of the battle sequence- works very well in a Star Trek (adjacent) universe

Cool but you would think they would have some type of defenses knowing the Klingons would attack. No defense satellites at all.

Absolutely beautiful design love the lighting love the detail level love how it has that believability of realism for the time of its construction I really wish that I had someone that I can work with or I can hire that could help bring my designs that I've Drawn to Life like that

Love the model designs; all the little details must have been a pain to render, but the "messy" exteriors make them look more like working starships, especially for a colony mission.

Request: add hard subs for the Klingon parts. Not all of us are conversant in the Shakespearean language.

With such a small crew and because of its size, its either a frigate or destroyer. These make up the majority of warships in any naval inventory.

The deflector mechanism will need some modifications for FTL/ warp or when entering a debris field. What’s the white pearl on the saucer called?
