What is Medical Coding? • WHAT IS MEDICAL CODING?
I, strongly recommend that every CPC obtain the COC next. It literally picks up right where the CPC left off and this would give you both the pro fee side, CPC and facility side, COC of coding. That makes for one very well rounded coder who can then move on to the more specialized aspects of medicine like CRC, CPMA, CPCO and CPPM.
Again, if you are currently a CPC or studying to be a CPC, your very BEST moves are as follows:
CPC, COC, CPMA, CRC
There is literally NO FLOW after CPC and COC because literally the CRC, CPMA, CPCO and CPPM are hugely independent and highly specialized from each other and branch off from the CPC and COC.
Like I said, what matters most to me is your best interest so think it through. Be very mindful of the PreSale promotion expiration dates but whatever you decide, BE DECISIVE! You know how i feel about decisive people..don't make me make more videos on that..lol!

Let me be perfectly clear - AHIMA is not at fault for my CCA being revoked. In truth, I became extremely arrogant and thought that I achieved that awesome level of success of my own strength and because I was not giving him the glory nor helping others - I imploded instead of exploded (like Mrs. Ortega has
done - she's a shiner) my life totally fell apart. I was greedy and arrogant and so I lost my greatest asset - my CCA. 😪😇 BUT I GOT SAVED ✝️ and NOW GOD'S MERCY IS OVER ME. THE HOLY SPIRIT LED ME HERE to Mrs. Ortega!!! Now, He is replacing all I have lost. While yes, it will be work to regain my CCA, it is "good work!" Thank you for reading this! I have such an amazing story. I got my CCA in 2016 and I was truly excited! I was the ONLY ONE in my coding class that went through with that. Then, in 2019 I lost my entire family. I also never found a coding position and AHIMA Revoked my CCA because I did not pay my recertification fee. Then, I went into a very dark place in my life. However, I recently got saved and I feel that The Lord has led me here - to you, Mrs. Ortega. So I'm starting over and doing it all again and the Good Lord is giving me back everything I lost - like a hundred times! God bless you and your work, hon! I. Am. IN! 😇🙌🏻🙏🏻💕✝️😇😇😇

@@MedicalCodingAcademy I certainly will hon. Since it was basically fairly easy to obtain mastery, (because all the answers are right in front of you!) I know now that I am giving it to God and ZOOMING right back into it again. Thank you for opening the door up again. Every one is so intimidated by Medical Coding (I know I was!) But there is a RIGHT WAY and a WRONG WAY to code. Luckily, I learned how to do it right from the very beginning so I am not scared At. ALL. You are a blessing to this field hon. Thank you so much.
